I simply love the ravioli and apple pie served at your restaurant. The filling in the ravioli and the thickness of the pasta is on point. The crust on the apple pie is awesome.

Pizzeria Vaatika Cafe is an incredibly quiet place at Assi Ghat. We had a great experience there. Their charming atmosphere will give you vibes. This elevated green garden with a spectacular view of Ganga river is all you need to revive yourself. We had visited there in February 2020 before lockdown but had a great experience. We visited this cafe 3-4 times within a week, and I must say their night view is incredible and sometimes they also have some independent performers who make it more attractive. Watching the pizzas being baked in desi tandoor right in front of your eyes makes it a great experience for food aficionados.
Ambience is good. Staff is very courteous. Its location in the middle of Assi ghat makes the view from here extremely conducive to spend quality time.

Nothing Extraordinary on the taste quadrant, but having a pizza on a rooftop cafe with a view of the Ganges is just wow.
It was a thin crust pizza having a significant taste of Tomato purèe. Rs. 300 for a tomato onion and Mushroom pizza is not my kind of thing. Strongly recommended for the view from this cafe.
However as one of my friend suggested Apple pie with ice cream is best here, I wanted to try it but it was not available on the day I was here.

Pizzeria Vatika was one of our go to places during our long stay in Varanasi. We have tried both Indian (not in picture) and Italian here and both came out tops. They have one of those traditional wood fired ovens which doles out thin crust pizza's. The pizza's are basic but my experience is a good pizza seldom needs more.
Their rotis and naans are lovely too. And do try their drink called Nana Mint (psst they will recommend this to you if you're a first timer). We genuinely regret missing the Apple pie, which we hope to try another time.
The place is casually set by the riverside. Grab yourself a seat overlooking the Ghat/river, and catch a slice of life over a slice of pizza without breaking the bank.

My go to pizza place. The pizza here is very authentic, fresh and tasty. The pasta served here is fantastic and my favourite is the tomato and cheese spaghetti. Finish your meal with Pizzeria's famous Apple Pie with Ice Cream and you won't be disappointed!

Very nice place on assi ghat, always filled with very good and decent crowd. A must go place for everyone who visits Varanasi and goes to Assi Ghat. The place has ghat facing seating arrangement. A few steps above Assi ghat, no one can miss to find this cafe. This place is good for quick snacking. I ordered ginger lemon chai (tea) and apple pie. The apple pie was very fresh and the portion was good. It was quite crunchy on outside and very mushy inside with a generous filling- taste wise it was not overtly sweet. When the chai was served I was confused to find only hot water with julienned pieces of ginger, lemon juice and honey mixed in a glass without the tea liquor. I was surprised and asked the man who was taking the orders about it and he mentioned that most people drink this chai like this 🤪🤪🤪 . Anyways i loved what was served to me as it was quite cold and I relished the drink. Overall it’s a bit crowded cafe with around 20 seaters but worth visiting this place.

This place is the best place to be if you are in Varanasi. Every year I visit Varanasi once or twice and this place remain my favourite place till now. Super tasty pizza along with their signature dessert apple pie with ice cream together makes an amazing combination. Also must try their ginger lemon honey tea. Staffs are very polite and the service is super quick. Overall a fabulous place.

The owner is friendly and insists you to try their specialities.
We were exhausted and wanted to have something cold so the owner suggested Nana Mint and trust me guys the drink was superb! The pizza we ordered was Vaatika special pizza and was okayish in taste.But the raviolli we tasted was outstanding.It was so good that we gobbled it in seconds and did not even get time to click any picture.For the dessert you must try there apple pie with icecream because it is the best pie i have ever tasted.

Pizzeria vatika cafe offers a wonderful view of ganges. Its a beautiful place surrounded with a soothing and calming atmosphere. This place is well known for there pizzas and ofcourse the apple pie served with vanilla ice cream. I honestly recommend this place for a better experience and hangout with friends.

In Benares and not beside the Ganga? Not a good idea. And while staring at this ancient holy river, you won't feel hungry? You are not a living human. So for you the best option is simply going up a small flight of stairs and taking a cozy open balcony seat and stare at the Ganga just a couple of meters away while the aroma of fresh good food whips up your appetite and your friendly waiter brings your tasty quick bite and a lovely sippety sip. The best time to drop in is just when evening is about to fall and the Ganga Arati is going to start. It's advisable to book your table in advance. As this is the place where you can avoid the rush and still get the best vantage view of the sun setting on the river and the Arati. With a comfortable seat and good food. And the added bonus is that you get to meet lots of foreigners here and learn their culture and maybe make a lovely friend or two. And the best food here? Leave it to the friendly waiters to help you as per your mood and pocket size. The prices are cheap though. The only minus point is the toilet, it's a bit away but you dont mind as you get to enter an old Benares house and see it's traditional interiors.

As you enter,you can see the big brick oven with live pizzas getting ready, the quality is decent,apple pie is great! The place is open air hence no AC but it really doesnt matter during winters. I am rating it 4 just because of its exceptional apple pie which is the only good thing I found here, the name may be pizzeria, but the pizza was really pathetic. First time I had this pie and it was so tender that it's just melted in the mouth. You can see the layers of the pie with fresh apple filling. Served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They only have the outdoor sitting facility. Foreign tourists are regular customers. The view of the Assi Ghat and Ganga which you get from Pizzeria is mesmerizing.
The place has a very ordinary ambiance with basic tables and chairs. The one more good thing they have is the outdoor coolers which are installed near the customer sitting area.
I ordered a Cheese Margherita Pizza and I must say the pizza had a thin crust, the cheese was pretty good and few veggies they sprinkled was giving an extra flavour to it. The pizza was good but not as good as I expected it to be.

A beautifully located cafe can be little bit difficult to spot at assi ghat gives you one of the best wood fired italian delicacies. Taste reminded me of cafes in Rishikesh bit overpriced but premium charged is for the location.
They delivered a pizza and pakore on a boat by a boat in between of the Ganga. Wow! I've never experienced this before and the pizza was lovely along with beyond expectations service! Thanks k you!

Pizza is good. But nothing you won't get in any other metro cities. Only attraction is that it is the oldest Pizza cafe in India & Masaan movie was shot here.
Average waiting time for a table is 1-2hrs min. We went there at 7.30, registered for a table in a notebook. We got the table at around 9pm and also we had to share the table. Only pizza & pasta was available during that time, nothing else on the menu was available. Apple pie finishes around 4-5pm.
If you are on Assi ghat this is one of the oldest eateries to try out. The atmosphere is lively. The view of the ghat is obstructed with the trees though 😊 I loved the cheese garlic bread. It was delicious. A good place to spend some time when you are tired roaming on the ghats.

The location is great. Food is mediocre except their apple pie which is the best. Pizza is not that great; the pizza sauce being extremely watery. Coffee is good. Maintenance and hygiene of the place is poor.

We ordered:
1. Olive, jalapeño and mushroom pizza: the pizza was pretty soggy from the Centre as the cheese had melted too much, however the taste was nice
2. Spinach, veggie and cream cheese pasta: this was delectable as the flavors were right on point do try this.
3. Apple pie with Icecream: this was just perfection. Crispy crusted with soft caramelised apples it was the perfect dessert to end our banaras trip.
The place is good , located just on the banks of river Ganges at assi Ghat , the scenes from here are majestic , the food here is sort of ok try their apple pie and pizza ofcourse , but if you are coming here on holidays you will have a waiting time for at least half an hour to 45 mins for getting the table
The pizza shop is at the Assi Ghat. Just above the assi Ghat the shop is small but very beautiful as the ganga view is fascinating while having pizza. The apple pie with ice cream is love.
