A decent place to hangout ,near assi ghat.
Designed particularily for parties and tourists, this place has sitting chambers for small parties with a tanle in between and an open rooftop cafe with traditional decorations and lighting. Bistro will give you a feel that you are on holidays. The waiters are quick to respond to and will assist you with the menu which is diverse basically in Continental and Italian. We ordered mushroom chilli, cheese nachos and a pizza. Mushroom chilli was a little bit on the spicy side and nachos were really amazing with a variety of sauce to eat with. The pizza arrived in the end and had a crispy base with fresh toppings. The prices are affordable and the ambience is amzingly bright, with lower volume music playing in the background. Ut is definetly a good place to hand around in the evening.

We tried - Loaded Nachos, Loaded French Fries (truly amazing), Garlic Bread, Tripling's Noodles Meal (love it), Mushroom Panini, Garlic Mushroom Pizza, Tripling's Burger (I liked the paneer burger) , Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Parle G Caramel Shake (must try), Falafal, Tangy Lemonade, Hot Chocolate Brownie with Ice cream (mouth watering). 😋

Perfect place to hangout.The rooftop here is wonderful. It's open air, it's beautiful and the view of the Ganges is stunning. The food menu is pretty small, but the sandwiches are great and they have a good Coffee,Pizza and fries.

This is a Happening yet cozy place! Nice and peaceful ambience. So friendly and good staffs! I visited there with my CHATORE friends and I loved each and every dishes I got to eat there . I started with roasted pumpkin soup, I being pumpkin hater, quite liked the soup . It's consistency was perfect and the roasted flavor was quite prominent with every sip of it.
After that I tried loaded French Fries and Loaded Nachos. The nachos was crunchy and tangy and CHATPATA and fries were CRISPY as well as cheesy because of it's creamy dipping. .Then we had garlic bread which was properly baked and was yummillicious! Then to give a rest to my stomach I tried TANGY LEMONADE mocktail and as the name says lemonade was every sip of tangy and refreshing.
After that we ordered garlic mushroom Pizza and the good thing is that they asked the preference for crust!
I never had mushroom panini befire! I tried here and that was so tasty and one to drool over.
Then after! I tried SPECIALTY of the place and that was "the TRIPLING BISTRO NOODLE'S MEAL" (fried rice,Manchurian,noodles and some freshly chopped veggies) . TASTE was aunthentically Chinese!
Then I thought to try dessert and shakes .
I tried BANANA CARAMEL SUNDAE AND PARLE G CARAMEL SHAKE! Caramel shake was well textured smooth and delightful and BANANA SUNDAE was devilishly good.
I ended up with THE HOT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE with ICE-CREAM which was perfect end for the visit and LUSCIOUS!

This was my second visit to the Tripling Bistro. I tried many dishes such as loaded Nachos, loaded French fries, garlic bread, triplings noodles meals etc. My recommendation for the place is Garlic Bread, mushroom Panini, Parle G caramel Shake, Tangy Lemonade and my favourite Hot Chocolate Brownie with ice cream.

Again the location is Assi so the place is always lively, the ambience is great, the decoration with lights is very very attractive. By far one of the best places near assi to have a nice and quite evening.

Coming to the food , They serve great coffee , cappuccino and the latte is great , i did not like the mocha though.

TTB is such a one of it's kind place to chill with your friends that too at the most youth crowd place of varanasi. Altough with your partner too. 😊 As the privacy service are really +point and best of this restaurant I just liked alot spending time here likewise. The interiors, atmosphere, staff and the most FOOOOD is really good and upto the mark. I always recommend my friends to have their brunch here if they visiting Assi or nearby. Must go!!

I have been going to 'The Tippling Bistro' from last two years. Amazing environment, friendly behaviour of staffs, value for money with great taste.
Order came real quick as compared to other restaurants and the food was quite flavourful and light. Really happy with the services. Hope to order again.

I've been to many cafes/restaurants and personally I like those cafes who innovate. The Tripling Bistro is one of the most Innovative cafes I've been. I would like to share the most impressive one that they've kept sanitary pads and a deo in their washroom just to make their customers comfortable n confident. This also made me curious and I interacted with the manager, he shares some other stuffs like digital detoxing. Coming to food they serve decent food, I liked Paneer delight pizza. Shakes aren't that amazing... But really got amazed with the initiatives they've taken and that is very new and unique... ☺️

The front desk guy is really hospitable. The food is really tasty and you have a floor sitting and a cozy ambience.
The interior is really good and you get to smoke while having your coffee.
So, it no longer have roof top service. But let me tell you still its very good place to hang out with your friends or love ones. It's cozy, price is decent and service is good as well!

Well, I honestly liked the place. Bit over priced but affordable. We ordered a combo that was all around 169 bucks. It had one tea( you can choose among the options: lime, soda, coffee, cappuccino, Mocktail, etc but we ordered tea) and two appetizers: one masala maggi(it was quite sufficient in amount) and garlic bread( it was yummy). All in all a cool place with good food and ambiance. Definitely a thumbs up!! Must visit.
