This is an amazing place to eat.. restaurant is small and not that built up. But the food here is just amazing.. the chef is experienced and takes his time but it’s worth the wait as the food is so delicious no matter what you order. The best part is it’s cheap with great quality and taste.

The food is very delicious Bengali thalis are also available. The behaviour of the owner Mr. Bose, the owner of the hotel is very good and supportive.
Very attentive owner/chef, accommodating of special requests and cooking everything from scratch to order. I was able to get butter instead of oil for no additional charge on everything I ordered, which kept me coming back. Homestyle food, good price.
Great food and extraordinary behaviour of the staff.. had food for 2 days.. and he maintains the taste so well.. more than that the food is reasonable in price. Just one thing if you expect it to be a tiptop restaurant in terms of look please drop your expectations and just go there to have good and filling food as he is a master of cooking Indian Chinese items..
I came back a bunch of times for the paneer butter masala, garlic naan and chana masala. Reasonable prices and delicious food. Free wifi too
Food was tasty and owners were extremely friendly! Nice local place with good food and great prices. Definitely recommend the mixed veg. soup but it’s a bit salty for some people.

My wife and I are here this evening. lovely tasty food in a very friendly environment. I had the chilly mushroom with garlic naan which was great, and my wife picked a tasty chickpea dish. The staff at very pleasant and chat to you as they cook. Very nice manager as well. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This is a awesome resturant at Varanasi daswaswamedh ghat. Awesome Bengali food available here. Favourite to tourists for lunch and dinner. Also food customisation available here.

Went here several times during my stay in Varanasi!
Location: Near the ghats and close to several hostels, so it's super convenient
Menu: Good variety of things with some helpful pictures on the back of the menu itself for those of us travelers that don't know the items by name
Price: AMAZING prices for the food; skip the fancy overpriced tourist-cafes and come to this place where you can fill your belly without breaking your wallet!
Staff: The owner is a charming and enthusiastic older gentleman and you can tell he cares about his establishment. The place is clean and they want to leave a great impression, which they definitely do. On top of that you have some hardworking dudes pushing it in the kitchen to get your order to you as fast as they can.
Taste: Really really great stuff, and also clean! That's the amazing thing about this Laziz Bites: the price is NOT a reflection of the quality. Everything is affordable and equally tasty, and you can eat in the shop itself (which is admittedly small) or you can do what we did and get take-away and get your money's worth of a feast in the comfort of wherever you choose.

During our visit very recently at Varanasi, we had our meals in Laziz Bites. One can get authentic bengali food there. The owner Mr. Amar Bose and the Chef Mr. Sapan were extremely helpful and courteous.
