Blue Salt Restaurant is Located Very Near to Sigra Chauraha. Ambiance is decent.
Food is also satisfactory, Service Needs Improvement definitely. Prices are a bit on A Higher End.
But Overall Experience is Definitely Good and Noteworthy.
Therefore, my Review for the Blue Salt Restaurant at Sigra Varanasi will end at 5.0/5. Except Very Minor Complaints, Not Much To Complain About..

Well this was my first time to Varanasi and I really loved the vibes of the city and the people there are very hospitable too.I was there with a group of friends of mine and tried this hidden gem called blue salt who is running by a Hotelier only ,place is really nice ,outstanding food and service .
There starters are amazing ,Ambiance is Preety good too if you like a silent place.
This is very good place for foods.ambience is quite nice. staffs are very friendly. Service is awsome and fast. Must visit this place with friends.

Sevice was late but plus point for garlic naan. It was soft and tasty. We ordered dal, paneer and naan. Everything was very tasty. Prices were very reasonable. If it's one of the option near you then you should definitely choose this one.

Went their for birthday celebration on Saturday evening, the ambiance was really nice and beautiful, Food was delicious and excellent recomondation by staff who take care very well and courteous service, I loved Paneer bemisal and Paneer Tikka Lababdaar it's so yummy๐๐๐๐

Went for dinner and ordered veg manchow soup , paneer tikka , paneer lababdaar , chicken tikka was awesome it's very different from the regular and had spicy and mouth watering flavours .. it's a nice place and nice decor and excellent service by staff ..This restaurant is quite unique .. I ordered food on train ,worst quality, quantity was poor, they wont give what they say, really disappointed. Even after high...when u don' t get proper food on train, its really hurts. They should think about customers.

We tried the BLUE SALT RESTAURANT for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been recently decorated. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back.

My favourite is mutton dehati really guys give it a try I am sure that u will definitely like sorry love the taste . They also provide surprise decoration planning as u see in videos if u want to give surprise to ur loved ones u can contact them .
