Good food and cheap beers walkable from club Mahindra
We went to Misha's Hut 2 days in a row and on both days, every dish ordered was excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. Also prices are very reasonable! Try the squid in butter garlic and tandoori prawns - they are finger -licking good. Also, sports fans can catch up on live matches on their giant screen. Highly recommended!

We were staying at Club Mahindra for 3 nights and had a few lunch/dinners out here. Nice airy set up, cheap booze & cheap food. The red snapper in particular was so good and tasty, prawns were also equally good but king fish was a little off in taste. We tried almost all of their preparations but the best we found to be was the rawa fry. Goan fish curry was good too. We also ordered some veg and non veg chinese which were good. Service is good with the servers always having a smile on their face. Overall a good experience on budget prices.

Misha's Hut is a 3 minute walk from Sterling Varca hotel. It's a no frills, local restaurant. The food is tasty and inexpensive especially compared to the ridiculous prices charged at restaurants in the resort hotels around it. We tried the mixed (chicken & prawn) sizzler and beef chilly fry. Would recommend the sizzler, it's not what you would expect a sizzler dish to look like (it was basically served as a portion of rice and a seperate serving of the chicken and prawn gravy with some fries on the side), but the taste sure made up for the lack of presentation. Service is a bit slow.
Tip - the resort hotels around the area will charge you roughly Rs. 60 for 1 litre bottle of water, you can pick up the same from local restaurants like Misha's Hut for Rs. 30 ;)
This is a small place located very close to Sterling Resorts in Varca and we went here for lunch one day during our stay
We had a lavish lunch that day and ordered lots of starters ranging from Chinese to sea food to vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes
We ordered some chicken starters, veggies, fish and prawn
Later followed up with some Chinese friend rice, noodles and main course
The food was simply amazing and none of the items disappointed and it was quite light on the pocket as well

Misha's hut is a saviour ! Staying in the likes of Club Mahindra and probably Zuri White Sands isn't easy. :-) Each meal can be pretty expensive and unrealistic at times. Misha's hut is right outside Club Mahindra towards the road and Misha's shack is right outside Club Mahindra towards the beach. Both offer very reasonably priced food and liquor. The shack has a pretty good view of the beach and the ocean too. We had a variety of things in them but my favourite seafood but light dish will be the prawns fried rice by far. It was delicious, not oily and with many medium sized prawns to keep you busy and finishing it off completely. Fresh pomfret was pretty expensive but we had king fish aplenty. We also had fish curry, sizzlers, fish vindaloo and other dishes. Wouldn't recommend the sizzler though as it was pretty bland without much accompaniments. The soups are alright.
However, painfully so the service is good for foreigners but not so much for Indians. You have to call the waiters or the manager multiple times to give an order. If you're lucky they may give a recommendation or so.
Would recommend visiting for the reasonable price, few basic dishes and seafood but not so much for the service.
Courteous Smiling staff, amazing food some interesting dishes, nice cosy place which stands out among all the nearby joints.
Must try there Prawns golden fry, Prawn vindaloo.

This is truely a hidden jem.
This being my first trip to south goa, i had no idea about the restaurants here. But then someone from the local shop suggested me this place and turned out i was staying just 5 mins from the restaurant.
This place can be a bit difficult to locate as it is away from the main road. But for those who know where club mahindra is, the place is right next to it.
So this place being close to the place where i was staying, i decided to give it a shot and landed there for dinner. The place is a small, cozy one with some soft music. Frankly, i did not have much expectations from this place, but then you should never judge a book by its cover. And thats what happened with me.
The food here is lip smacking good with a very reasonable price.
My orders included Prawns Chilly, Masala crabs and Prawns hakka noodles. Prawns chilly was a chinese based starter which was well cooked and tasted good. Masala crabs were finger licking good. Initially i had ordered for stuffed crabs but then the guy there suggested me to have masala crabs and bang on, he was right, that was what i was looking for. Prawns hakka noodles were again chinese based, properly cooked with good amount of veggies and prawns.
The service provided here is quick, the suggestions made to us were very good.
Overall, the place might look small, but the food here is out of this world.

Ordered a few bira's and chilled there before ordering the main course.
Seafood sizzler : Few pieces of fish, prawns and squids tossed up in a nice gravy with a few veggies and fries. The dish no doubt tasted really nice but I was put off with the lack of quantity as the dish costed 380rs. In other places in Goa they normally serve you a larger quantity for the same amount.
Dal fry along with some rice : Basic dish which you can find in any restaurant.
Along with the bill was served 3 pieces of bibinca an authentic Goan desert. This I truly enjoyed Yummy.
Overall quite a satisfactory experience as even the service was quite average. The staff was not welcoming and did not recommend their specialities which lead to people ordering the wrong dishes and having a bad experience.
Misha's hut is a very good restaurant Especially for sea food crabs and lobsters are very good and a special thanks to Jamal Ronaldo for making my day

We went for dinner at this restaurant as it was the only one crowded from among several other in the same vicinity. And we were happy with our decision.
Our order included tomato soup, veg pulao and chicken haka noodles. The soup and haka noodles were great, the pulao was okay. The quantity of each item was good enough to feed two hungry souls.
It's a simple place to fill your stomach at a reasonable rate. Don't expect any ambience. Each dish is less than Rs 100.
Extremely good food but horrible service. We were stopped by one of they're servers offering 20% discount n promising tasty food. We ordered for various fish curries n a fish platter, chicken saguta n some rice. At the end of our enjoyable meal they gave us a bill of 7k without any bifurcations nor any discounts. When we demanded for a correct clarification of the according to the menu, he refused it saying the menu had old prices which was extremely weird n to top it, he denied offering any discounts. We were extremely upset with this false behaviour n regretted visiting such a place! But 3.5/5 for the food!
While we were staying at La Vida Varca, we found this shack cum restaurant.The place is lively with music and great food. Their Chinese is very good and also their mocktails are superb You can try almost every thing and it tastes good. Good place then spending so much in hotel and quality of food is also niece. Will recommend every body to visit the place if you are in Varca side of Goa.
Situated in the extreme corner of Varca . Difficult to access , only people coming to Zuri ,Club Mahindra can access . The best part about the restaurant is the management - So friendly and cooperating .All thanks to the manager whose shadow are all the staffs .The second best thing is the Food Varieties . No matter what you order , be it chinese , mughal ,continental , goan etc , you will be getting the right taste and the delivery time is also less. Wonder how is that as I found only 2 , 3 people working in Kitchen .

While visiting Club Mahindra, Varca I disovered this place while i was totally bored with the overpriced menu at Club Mahindra.
Misha's Hut restaurant is the closest place I will recommend which was value for money (Y) Fact was his fish dishes were made by fresh fish (I trust taste it was really fresh) price of dishes were not very expensive (Almost similar to what we pay in mumbai)
On request they used to deliver till Club mahindra hotel lobby. They deal in cash so credit card is just of no use :(
Being from Delhi, we still visit Goa quite often and always stay at Varca. But for our meals, we mostly always go to Misha's. A 5-minute walk from our resort, dinners are invariably at this unassuming yet lovely restaurant called Misha's. And a huge thumbs up to Jamaal - the guy who always serves us. Ever smiling and very accommodative. The list of great food is pretty lengthy but you can surely try their prawn xacuti, tandoori pomphret, crab xec xec, shark curry, chicken cafreal, chicken xacuti, crispy chicken, calamari rings batter fried, Goan chicken biryani and butter naans. Personally I'd avoid Vindaloo dishes as I found it too sweet for my liking. Also ask him to skip the potatoes in the xacuti dishes. Reasonable rates too. Meal for 4 including few King's beers, snacks and full dinner would be around 1000-1200. Go ahead and enjoy this beautiful joint!
Just had some amazing Pomfret Rawa Fry and Chicken Caffreal here, a simple place but great food and service, plus not at all heavy on the pocket.@

Love the warmth about them more than the food. It's kinda homely food... The chilli chicken and fried rice or chicken xacuti or Goan fish curry, I eat to my content. Will surely go back.
At Lunch had a bottle of beer and amazing Big Fish Thali & Prawns thali. The experience was so satisfying and out of the world. This followed with some ice cream in the end. Must visit.🤤

Misha’s Hut is a casual multi-cuisine restaurant near Varca Beach, and one of the few in the area offering a variety of thalis. My pick was the Kingfish Thali, which came with a rava fry (pan-fried kingfish steak coated with semolina), along with a fish curry broth, cauliflower, dried shrimp mixed with vegetables, crab in a coconut masala, and a pink kokum drink, along with rice, papad, pickle, and salad. While the seafood wasn’t the highest quality I’ve had, all the flavors were on point and came together in perfect balance, and the service here was very friendly too.

We stayed at Zuri with a 9 month old and had to eat early and didn’t want to travel far. There is next to nothing in the vicinity apart from Mishas so we gave it a try. Boy I’m glad we did, beat eating at the hotel.
Loved the Squid Rechado, Rawa Prawns, Squid in butter garlic and especially the Goan Sausage and Goa Sausage Pulao. Yummy !
Decent place near Varca beach to have lunch. Staff is courteous and meals are alright. Fish curry was really good. Prices are low and very affordable. Place is adequately neat and clean.
I highly recommend Mishra's Hut to fellow food enthusiasts and appreciate the culinary mastery and outstanding service that make this restaurant a gem in the dining scene. And I would like to thank zamal for his assistant, he really very good at his work.

Staying at club Mahindra varca beach. We ventured next door to try The fish thali and fish fry which was exceptionally good @ Mishas hut.
It’s outdoor seating, hence a little bit warm.
Overall a good dining experience with homely food.👍
Every meal at Misha's hut was delicious. We kept going back here for all our meals. The service was great too. Kudos to the service.
Food is really tasty... Staff jamal and sillu are fantastic host.... Even they customized your food according to your taste preference ....service is also fast

I've dined here occasionally, recently was at Varca for a week with the family and had all our meals from here everyday. The dishes were so delicious and well priced.
Must have are the Chilli fry dishes: Pork, Sausage, and other Meats 😉 Fish: pomfret, bangda etc. and Prawn thalis were amazing too, and Sausage Pulav will keep you coming back for more 😋
Magan, who is the owner or manager of the place and the staff were hospitable.
They have take away option too. Seating capacity is really good for dine in..maybe 30 at a time. Great open air ambience, non AC. There's a bar too.
Short drive from the main road and Varca church. For four wheelers parking may be an issue cuz of the limited space and narrow road, but no problem for 2wheelers.

Loved the food. Delicious. The boy Jamal is so soft spoken and very nice. Place is too nice. Try Goan Food with local drinks. Tried lot's of dishes in 5 days. All we're too good. Had my dinner everyday here for 5 days... Suggest everyone to try it and experience it ...
It was a good experience , we ate 3 times a day for 4 days the food is delicious my mom and dad loved the Goan curry here, mohito is very good , waiters are very friendly, it is very near to the club mahindra resort where we stayed. Overall it is good experience here.
