I attended a big fat wedding of my niece. Loved the property. It's private beach and huge lawns are too good. Everything is good and the tuk tuk vehicle is always available for commuting at the venue.
It was an amazing experience. I loved the location and the ambiance. The entire resort area was well maintained. Neat n clean rooms, food was also good

PAN ASIAN Carnival restaurant is one of the delicious part in Caravella beach resort. Superb delicious food, awesome and yummy taste, varieties of food options overwhelmed us. And, one important thing is that they are very much kid friendly. Especially the team Mr. Amitava Paul, Mr. Ramchandra, Mr. Sourav Banerjee, Mr. Dipankar, Mr. Ayan and Mr. Ian all of them are really customer centric and amazing. Lovely taste, sufficient quantity with high quality mesmerised us. Thank You Team PAN Asia. Wish to visit again.
Service at Atrium bar was excellent. Mr. Gilbourt service at Atrium bar was praiseworthy. We liked the ambience n service of the resort. The staff was very cooperative and kind. Miss shavon was coperative. Mr. Niranjan, lalit, Dilip, Debali were also come operative.
Had a very good experience. You get everything that you could expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff are hospitable and friendly. The property is very well kept

This is a great place to stay specially the staffs. From the reservation team to housekeeping and even the kids zone staff. Had a very great experience in here the reservation team was so helpful that they took care of everything till we checked out also helping us extend our stay dispite of a sold out scenario. House keeping team is the best I have ever seen ever. They just are ready in mins to clean up as many times you might need in a day. The kids zone team specially Saloni & Valentino were great so much so that my kid still wants to go meet them. The IT team also was kind enough to make a call & guide us to use the WiFi. Restaurants staffs are good but I felt the rush is too much & they are under staffed. Overall it was a great place to be will visit it every year for sure.
