Darjeeling cafe is rightly placed at the top of all rankings for the best food places in Varkala. It should also very well be the topmost place to chill and relax, have great conversations, watch the beautiful sunset or to just stare into the far horizon... While you are busy doing these things, be rest assured to be served some kickass food and mind blowing cocktails where the liquor content is graciously high!

Lovely view, people, staff and the best food I had in Varkala. This turned easily into my favourite place to pass the time in Varkala.

Darjeeling Cafe is my most favourite place in Varkala, my second home - the loveliest and funniest owner and his waiters are giving super fast service. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, everyone will make you feel like being with friends. Should you travel alone, you'll make easily contact to other travellers here. Don't miss the parties every weekend, especially when KeraRadio and DJ Khan or live bands like Twice the Bliss are playing.
The food is amazing! Definitely the best at the cliff! You should try the Fish in banana leaf, prawns or chicken Kerala fry, yummy biryanis, momos and many other dishes. I'm looking forward to the next season when they'll get their new espresso machine started. But I'm coming anyway every day...I love this place!

Stunning sea views, calm weather, and a complete Goa vibe at Cliffside Vibes. Service was a bit slow due to the crowd, but the food was good and reasonably priced. The music and overall vibe were superb, making it a must-visit for a relaxing experience.

I visit here regularly, the atmosphere and the food here just blends so well and it’s situated in a really stunning location,they provide car parking facility. The sea view from here is spectacular you’d just fell in love. The food and Beverage varieties are really great especially pastas, steaks and the starters are very well recommended,also they have a great breakfast menu. Overall it’s the stunning cafe with a unique dining experience with blissful ambiance, delicious food & breathtaking sea view.
A quick snack turned out to be a surprise when served a crepe as a pancake. However the crepe was also tasty. Good vibe and good music and courteous staff make up for all. Cole coffee was worth all the money.
The food, ambience and sitting options at this place are really good. We had breakfast here early in the morning when the less people were there.
The view from it was very amazing and found very peaceful over there.

Probably one of the best cafés in Varkala cliff. Food tastes awesome. The cafe was full. Even though they took some time to serve. It was worth the wait. Had chicken steamed momos, Mixed seafood noodles (must try), drinks and shakes. Everything was too good. Will visit again. Cheers. 🍻
One of the best cafe's on the cliff. Peaceful ambience, lovely tasty food and sea facing. What else is reqd for a sumptuous morning breakfast. Lot many foreigners come here for English breakfast and read books for hours. Must visit cafe.
Darjeeling Cafe in the Clif very good ambience near the beach. Food is avrage. Seafood is very good. Soup taste is not as expected. Space for Group.
I went to Darjeeling Cafe for dinner and I must say that the atmosphere and vibes of this place is top notch. It’s perfect to watch the sunset while sipping coffee/ beer.. The prices are also nominal! I tried their beer which was good and Aloo Chop is yummy too. I was very disappointed with the Veg White Sauce Pasta because of which one star less! Other than that, I had a goof time here :)
This place is highly recommended. The food was great and so the was the pricing. This place had the most vast menu out of all the places in north cliff. The ambience was amazing. The service was fast and efficient. The staff were great.

Food was delicious. Would especially recommend the garlic butter lemon prawns.
There is a separate place downstairs (Bad Habits by Darjeeling Cafe) for desserts and ice creams. Those items were also very enjoyable.

Was here on Friday evening. Was not crowded. Tables suitable for large groups and couples are available. One of the best view from the cliff without obstructions. Choice of drink (beer) is less. LIIT was below par. Hookah is available. Music and dance floor are live during night.
We had the best sea view breakfast. Food taste is good. Drinks are close to good, could be better. Atmosphere here at night was lively with DJ and party music.
Spacious dining area with a great view of the sea. Ordered a couple starters and pizza which were served hot and tasted good. Great ambience and good music that was not too loud. Overall a good vibe to the place with good food and beverages that were decently priced

You can reach here by walking(5mins) from the cliff parking(advisable) instead of directly parking beside Darjeeling Cafe because of narrow streets and people charge 50-100 rs there for parking.
