Amazing place to have a beer and chill. Overlooking the sea hence the best spot to even have a coffee. It has good music too. The staff is nice and friendly. Cost& effective too

We chose this place for the evening just because of the location and the atmosphere . Tucked away on the other end of the cliff, unlike other popular cafes, this was not crowded. Food can be rated from average to good. Staff are polite. Quantity served is more than enough for just 2 people . So, if you come here in a group of 4 it can be a lot cheaper. Overall excellent place to spend the evening watching the sun going down.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Decent food. We both had a decent breakfast for a reasonable price compared to other restaurants. Servers were really friendly and the view is incredible. Indian breakfast was tasty. I would recommend. I think other reviews have been too critical of this place. A nice, comfortable venue.

We had a dinner in there. The food is really good, the location is beautiful with sea views but for us the best was the customer service: friendly, quick, efficient and effective. 100% recommend!!

One of the best cafes near black beach, the food quality and taste is really good. The only reason for giving 4 stars is they take too long to serve as the order takes too long as they took almost more than an hour for the order of 2 people even when there was no rush. Apart from quality and taste was really good hence 4 stars for that.

Must try the grilled fish šŸŸ Perfectly executed by the kitchen, tasty, not spicy, good sauce, fresh salad and crispy fries. What else can you ask. Little bit of wait but you can ask a little seafood soup while they get the big fish ready (1kg enought for 2) Don't accept card but they were nice enought to take me to the atm by scooter šŸ‘ŒšŸ˜…

Great view and the taste of the food. This cafe is near to the zostel and Iā€™ve gone for breakfast everyday. English breakfast was super good, most of the drinks are available. South Indian options although present on the menu, arenā€™t available. Iā€™ve enjoyed my time at this cafe, the view and the sound of the waves while you have your food is super satisfying. Do check it out.

First of all the food was great . The view was amazing . We ordered dragon chicken , fish polichachathu , chicken curry and rice , prawn curry and rice , prawn masala , parottas , chicken nadan curry and some chicken dry . Their food was the best Iā€™ve had in Varakala of all . The only let down was that they couldā€™ve said us that the fish would be very big in size . They brought it at the last which we obviously wasted half of it due to us ordering loads of food earlier . But the taste of the fish was soo good though and also the price was on the higher side . So if youā€™re planning to order fish ask them the size and the price beforehand . Definitely this place is a must visit . No crowd and very peaceful place to have your lunch or dinner at the beachside .
