Went on woman's day with a group of friends has an amazing view on roof top its open air so there will be no AC will be hot during summers. They also have air conditioning section but there wont be the sea view there.
We ordered for beers, sangria, and virgin mojito.
In starter we ordered bombil fry, chicken momo , prawns butter garlic, veg crispy, and cheese fingers.
The momo were good so as the prawns. This outlet is known for its sea food so their seafood is must try.
The staff is courteous and attentive.
They have Zomato gold on food so if you're a gold memeber please inform before you order to avail the benefits.

Farmhouse Sea N Sand is a name that keeps coming up when you search for sea food in Mumbai. Located in Vasai, it may be a bit far off for some but trust me it would be worth your while as I found out. The restaurant has a close proximity to the beach and they have 2 floors with the first housing a restaurant seating and the top an open air seating. The first thing that hits you is the cool breeze from the sea and you can see trawlers lined up as you enjoy the view. I genuinely felt like I was sitting in some restaurant in Goa with the vibe that was going on. Full points on music as all the latest tracks were being belt out. Coming to the food. I tried the Bombil rawa fry, Prawns tandoori & Sichuan chicken sizzler. The bombils were one of the freshest I've ever had and trust me I've eaten Bombil at a lot of places. Perfectly crisp and fresh and the best part is that it wasn't oily. A must try 5/5. Then came the Prawns tandoori with some salad.The spices were mild but yet the flavour came out well. A little more spice would have done though. 4/5. For mains was the Sichuan chicken sizzler. It included rice, noodles, chicken pieces, french fries and some mashed potato with veggies in it. The simple flavours worked well but I wasn't very impressed with the amount of cornflour added to make the sauce thick. A 3/5. The food was good and the portions decent too but what took the experience to another level was the service especially by a server called Richard. All the waiters were attentive and prompt. I'm sure to visit again when I have a hankering for sea food. A must visit place. We had mutton chops, tava boti for starters. We had chicken biriyani for main course and caramel custard and matka kulfi as dessert. All of this except the kulfi was very tasty. The service was good and the staff courteous. But the biggest disappointment was that we couldn't have any seafood. We were told that only king prawns was available and covered under zomato gold scheme for some reason. Any other normal fish like surmai was not under gold and the price in the menu was "as per size". It was very sad.

Sizzling Brownie : This was the dessert which I was most happy about! It had icecream on top. I just loved it!

And vasai sunrise which had orange flavour to it
Apart from this for main course I had veg sizzler which again was good but the only thing I didn’t like in it was the veg patty which it had
And to end it on sweet note we had softest custard and even a sizzling brownie which is a must

One of the most beautiful restaurants in Vasai! The food here is absolutely amazing! If you're a seafood lover then it's heaven for you! The seafood prices are very cheap and the drinks are super cheap as well! Definitely a must try! Try booking in advance as the place is full on weekends due to the rooftop dining experience with a sea view! If possible visit on Saturdays as you'll also get live music available!!!
I went here with my family on a Sunday afternoon. Place is very far from the national highway but i must say its totally worth it. My dad hates eating at restaurants but he really liked farmhouse and their food. Everything was very delicious and perfectly cooked, specially one must try their bombil fry. A must visit place❤️
The place is great in the weekends and it's almost full, it is recommended to book your tables in advance. There is live music by a very amazing and talented singer on every weekend! The food is super amazing and if you're somebody who loves sea food then this is literally a place that you cannot miss! Also the liquor prices are veryyyyyyyyy cheap! Do give it a visit! I'm sure you're gonna love it!

I recently visited farmhouse sea n sand and I had such an amazing time there. the views are just incredible, especially during sunset. The food is mouth watering and the staff is quite helpful

I would definitely like to rate this place 11 out of 10 not because they have courteous staff but trust me the food you will enjoy here will always be worth visiting the place again. Seafood is what we would highly recommend along with some chilled beers looking at the sun set and have a beautiful candle light dinner after that. The food quality is superb where everything that they serve is fresh and not frozen. Mr. Shivaji the manager took care of us the best way possible and we also enjoyed an amazing live music night filled with good view, good food and good people around.
