We had an extremely pleasant stay at the hotel.
The manager, Bijaya, is polite and tries to help you with the best. He personally checks with each guest if they have any concerns.
The service and housekeeping staff are also amazing.
The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast provided has a lot of variety and the food is delicious.
The hotel is quite close to the beach.
In all, it was a wonderful stay. Anyone visiting South Goa should try this hotel for their amazing hospitality.
Treehouse Nova in Goa offered a pleasant and comfortable stay. Its proximity to the beach was a major plus, allowing easy access to relax and enjoy the sunset.
The room provided the basic comforts and a peaceful environment, while the breakfast was enjoyable and a good start to the day. What particularly stood out was the helpfulness of the management. When our transportation to a wedding didn't show up, the manager kindly stepped in to assist. He personally took my wife and me to our destination on his motorbike (two separate trips), insisting no payment was necessary for the help.

We stayed there for three nights.its a nice small hotel with its own old school charm. Nothing fancy nor luxury but very tranquil. Located at very quite lane close to beach but not super close. Arrossim beach also provides you relaxing family time. Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. Mr Vijay at reception is always available and ready for any help you need. Ms Felicia at breakfast time makes sure everyone gets what they need. Had a great time there
Nice quaint place. If you like peace, calm and quiet, this is the place to be. The room service is amazing. Special word of mention for Felcy - ever caring, attending and ready to help. One word for Bijay Sir(manager) - All Rounder - someone you can bank on at any point. Overall a pleasant experience that brought us back and hopefully looking forward for more.

Went for a two day stay at this brilliant property along with my team of 22. The rooms are clean, neat and well maintained. The kitchen and house keeping staff are extremely well mannered and polite, the owners were very sweet to accommodate flexible check in, check out hours as well. Food was good as well. It's close to Madgaon station, so that's an added bonus as well.
The only trouble I had was communicating with the manager, who was a little hard to discuss matters with, but in the end that didn't affect the overall experience. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy the quaint lifestyle and nature of South Goa. The Arossim beach is like 5 mins walk from the stay and the road that leads to it is very pretty. Also, the rooms are very clean and maintained. The best part of this stay was its staff - extremely polite and helpful! Also the breakfast served was really good. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in South Goa.

In General Goans are very hospitable. Bijay the manager, Felcy and the entire house keeping staff are hospitable enquiring our needs and trying to fulfill them.
Near to all the beaches
They have their own restaurant so you can order in(price and food are okay)
There is a bakery & saloon next door.
Oscar supermarket is nearby.

We booked through travel site, paid double the rates for holiday period and the rooms were very disappointing for the price paid (very small in size, towel rack above the toilet, body wash contained some black particles so we had to buy from the supermarket). Not much dining area to sit during breakfast, might have to share tables with other people.
Nice boutique hotel in Cansaulim. Surrounding is very calm.
Rooms are neat, clean, and well equipped with all necessary things. Response time is quick. Staff is co-operative.
We went here for 4 nights. The place is value for money. Totally worth it.

One of the best hotel in South Goa near to all beautiful beaches. Each elements of hotel is super. They never mind to give early checkin or late checkout if availability is there. Good management, good food and excellent staffs
A cosy and overall calm place to stay. Rooms are nice. Biggest positive is that you can see the nature around standing on the common balcony that all rooms have. However a big contributor to the well being of the hotel is definitely Mr Mishra who ensures sincerity and decorum in the place. Will surely love to be at this place in future if Mr Mishra stays on
I had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, not too far from Vasco airport or other beaches in south goa. The staff was extremely friendly - especially Bijoy and Welsey, they kept enquiring about my stay / food etc whenever we ran into each other. The rooms were also spacious. Would recommend this place!
It was a wonderful experience....nice quiet property with a fantastic support staff. The staff were really courteous and took good care of our group. Special mention to Felcy who kept checking on us and made sure we were comfortable.

We had a 5 night stay in this quiet and quaint property last week. It is truly a boutique place with no bells and whistles in terms of facilities, which is expected and understood when you compare prices.
What is worth mentioning is the Star service by each and every member of staff. The housekeeping, waiters, and all ancilliary staff seemed very passionate about what they do. I’m sure this is because of the able leadership and ‘leading by example’ by the incharge Mr. Mishra! He is such a sweet and pure soul that we became like good friends within 5 days. Customer satisfaction was his top priority and he would go any extra mile to make you happy.
Breakfast served in the restaurant also was very good and the variety was above expectation for this kind of accommodation.
Some other staff names besides Mr. Mishra who gave us good service were Mr. Jasdev, Ms Felcy, in fact all of them were really good, however we didn’t note their names.
Would highly recommend this property if you want to have a relaxed time in South Goa as it is also easily accessible to most good beaches and eateries.
Family friendly and near to offbeat beaches… Manager Bijay Mishra is friendly and happy person, small pool is neat and good for kids, service is okay, room cleaning service is fine, near to Colva beach - 15min drive
