Great space with great people. Cut of Joy blends their own teas, so they are fresh and beyond tasty. They have a wide selection of teas so choose your favorite and make sure to buy some tea bags as gifts as they are of extra high quality. Food is delicious, I tried most menu items and they are all delicious, especially the veg burgers with hummus sauce. I highly recommend this place for a meal or casual hangout if you're staying in Vashisht area or on your way to/from the hot springs.
Great little cafe. Good menu of breakfast, sandwiches, pizza, and even Aussie pies. CJ Special Porridge was delicious. Coffee could have been stronger.
Loved this cute little eatery. Its run by a courteous couple who believe in serving healthy food with fresh ingredients. We had visited this place when we went to Vasisht Kund and had lunch here. We ordered 2 veg pizzas, which were freshly hand made from scratch and served, they were yum! Their Chocolate chai was refreshing. Definitely must visit for people looking for a decent lunch in that area or for a quick bite/coffee.
Cut of Joy is a new cafe in Vashist and it is definitely a 5/5! We ate here probably twice a day, every day, over the 1 week we were here. The owners are extremely friendly and personable. All the food is homemade (including the pasta noodles, sauces, icecream, etc.) and made fresh. We absolutely loved every item we tried which included: farmhouse pizza, various chicken dishes (chicken fettuccine, roasted chicken, marinated creamy pepper chicken meal, crispy chicken burger meal), caesar salad, strawberry icecream, oreo milkshake, peanut butter cookies, banana carmalized pancakes, apple pie, coffee, teas. Getting western items in India is a risky choice but every item tasted as it should, and even better! We can’t say enough good things about this cafe and would highly recommend it. We felt spoiled every time we ate here and will definitely miss the food and company!
