Beautifully located with stunning views across the Manali valley, the Fuji Restaurant is perched a few hundred meters above the valley floor in the village of Vashisht. You can sit inside or out depending on the weather, and eat the most delicious Japanese food that you will find anywhere in India!
If you love Japanese food this place is a must go. You will have a home feeling and the terrace sitting is absolutely brilliant with all the view you can have. Don't expect for a quick service though but it will delicious when gets served.

皆さんの写真を見ると移転前の店舗ですね。すぐ近くに移転しています。マナリでは貴重な日本食レストランです。味はそこそこ美味しい。また、適度にほっといてくれるのが有り難いです。値段は高いという人もありますが、調味料等を考えると仕方ないように思います。長旅の方にはオススメです。
下のフロアにあるゲストハウスに宿泊していたので、屋上にあるこの日本食レストランを利用。味はまぁおいしい。外の席からの眺めがとても良かった。
