It is a pleasant place to go for a buffet. We went there for dinner. The spread was multicuisine and satisfying in terms of taste and recipes. They had a balanced layout of dishes including the salad and desserts. And of course they have the usual live counter for Indian breads. The chicken curry in main course option is worth mentioning because of the authentic taste of the spices. Also the mushroom soup from the continental platter was a delight for the tastebuds.
Valet parking, wheelchair access, washrooms ect are all available as the restaurant is located inside Novotel.

I went here for a Sunday brunch. The Brunch had two options Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic. The Non Alcoholic Brunch was Rs. 1600 including all taxes. The alcoholic brunch was Rs. 200 extra and ONLY ONE BEER IS SERVED.
The ambiance of the Food Exchange is like any other typical star property restaurant. The spread was decent. Continental, Chinese, South Indian, North India and hint of different cuisines. The staff was warm and helpful special mention to the staff serving us Teja, Amitabh, Chef Prashant and Amitabh.
Overall I believe the buffet was nice enjoyable, I would go here again.

Went for the buffet with a group. The private dining space is good and the service impeccable. The buffet catered well to various ages and pallets. Overall had a pleasant experience.
Ok ok very cramped seating. It was crowded today some of the dishes weren't palatable especially the steamed fish which turned bitter with over seeping of lime cordials.. there was sand in fish Tikka. Limited menu but some items like mango fish were excellent. Kudos to the staff who handled the crowded small place well.
Tried their dinner buffet and the spread is quite good with a good number of Indian and continental dishes and a good spread of desserts. All the dishes tasted good but felt mamsam pulav a little dry and raw. Service is good too.
