I was there to have icecream and khulfi and they did it well. I had butterscotch icecream and kesar pista kulfi and both were awesome. It was prices moderately as well. So for icecream it's complete VFM.

Viva Utsav is located in Virar West and is very close to the railway station. It a pure veg restaurants. Have visited this place so many times. Taste is average and quality is good should try all the south indian and Maharashtrian dishes. Love the misal and veg Pizza just like old school.
Viva Utsav one of the best restaurants in Virar for Paper Dosa, bcoz I like the taste and way of packing is good too, just want to bring out to the restaurant to follow the instructions by the customer orders online

I even don't remember how many times I've visited this restaurant. It's the best Pure veg restaurant in Virar. I'm visiting this place since I was 10. One of oldest pure veg restaurant in Virar. Food quality is just awesome and with the new staff change the service is very fast and recently they have renovated so the ambiance is bang on..... Must visit

The restaurant is adhacent to station, the seating is good with option for A/C as well. Manchow soup was good. Ordered veg hyderabadi which was too spiced up and wasn't that good to taste. Took a lot of time to deliver food due to which the roti became rubbery. Balaji service is better than Utsav and also food taste is better.

Simple fare. Clean food that is a little expensive. However the punjabi thali fills a person upto the brim! The dosas looked crispy at the adjoining tables. Everything in the punjabi thali was very tasty.
The food is good. Pav Bhaji is served with toppings and comes in good quantity. Also, chinese fried rice and manchurian gravy was good in quantity and quality. Satisfactory. A place which can be visited with family.

Tried Onion Tamato Uttapam here, It was so yum cooked perfectly. Ambience is so good. And staff is so polite and respectful here. Do come here. It was my first time and would love to come here again.

Concept is very new and unique. They serve just like MCD Self service system. You have to order your food and have it on your table. This is next to Virar West station, Chawal Rassa was before Viva utsav same management, same owners owe it with new concept, menu and completely beautiful ambience 😍
Absolute pocket friendly, taste, quality and quantity of food is worth every penny on it. They have varities of beverages, starters, mains, desserts followed by Chinese, India cuisine. They have portions available as well as per your appetite small, medium and large.

Ordered panner kepsa biryani a must try from there.. tried pizza ,misal pav ,puri bhaji was also great in taste. Tried noodles but didn't tasted Chinese but okay.tried Russian deck sandwich ,was not that great in my preference.

It's a decent vegetarian restaurant in station premise and it's comparative clean than others.
Coming to food, i was going to order veg. Hyderabadi but staff suggested me to try veg Rajasthani and it was really an awesome dish prepared very nicely. A must try if visiting this restaurant. I ordered Puris to finish the main dish and puris were lovely too. Daal khichdi we tried was typical restaurant daal khichdi and nothing extraordinary in that but quantity of it was.too.less.
My phone was discharged and hence couldn't click photographs of the dishes I tried as I kept it on manager's desk to charge.
Restaurant is on 1st floor and at the entrance there is a nice fish tank with huge Arowana.fish.
While leaving i could click those at least.
Restaurant has washrooms too.

Good Food, Nice Ambience but Staff little bit Slow
Just had a unique fusion experience called a special pizza dosa! It's base was a double layer dosa and topped with a lot of veggies. Over that was a very generous layer of grated cheese. The dish was accompanied by an array of dips and sauces. So if you like pizza and dosa why not combine the two! Try it now.

Decent place to have good food in decent ambience. Little extra variety of menu items, which is not always a bad thing, though restaurant can focus on few dishes and suggests them prominently rather than browsing whole menu. Food quality and quantity was decent as well for the money spent.
We recently visited this location for breakfast. Since we were a little pressed for time, we asked the man to bring whatever was ready. He responded that the idli and medu vada were.
It turned out to be amazing, especially the medu vada with sambhar, despite my lack of expectations.
In just one plate, we were satisfied.
It was a pleasant experience, and this restaurant's atmosphere is also extremely tranquil and relaxed.
This place is located right outside the Virar west station. The atmosphere and decor is super luxurious. It’s pure veg restaurant.
We ordered Farm house veg pizza, Kairi Panna and veg cheese burger. Pizza was good. kairi Panna was basically a flavoured soda which I didn’t like. And for the burger I’ll rate 3/5.
