Excellent staff such a nicw people that you don't feel that you are in a hotel. Always smiling staff helped us a lot with the best places to see in and near Vizag. Food is really awsm, very good spread in buffet. Very spacious and clean room. Kidz loved the swimming pool. Ample parking and best location. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all.

The Ambience Of The Place Is Totally Welcoming & the staff are very friendly!
I've tried their new addition to the menu - Maharaja Thali which is priced at 749++
It had :
•Three Types Of Rice
•Three Non Vegetarian Curries namely - Chicken Tikka Masala, Fish Pulusu & Chicken Fry!
•Three Vegetarian Curries - Panner Masala, Gobi Fry & Dal.
•Some Desserts.
•And A Bread Basket.
They Could Have added a couple of drinks to the thali, lassi or buttermilk preferably.

The eatery at Four Points by Sheraton is one of the few round the clock fine dine restaurants in Vizag,this is located towards the left after entering the hotel.
The ambience is good and the seating is plush letting people savour their meals in comfort.
Talk of food, the restaurant is known for its breakfast menu, continental food and we were there to try out their newly launched Maharaja Thali, the thali consists of several nonveg and vegetarian dishes served in a huge thali,there is a bread basket provided in the thali.
For the mains there are about 3 non veg gravies consisting of Chicken Tikka masala,Fish pulusu and Chicken fry, in the veg we have panneer mutter, gobi fry and an assortment of dals, for the rice we were served jeera rice, plain basmati rice and another flavoured rice and 3 desserts that keep changing.

The thali in which food is served- you can't call it Maharaja when you serve it in a normal plate.

Will I get back to this place- yes they have amazing offers on food and alcohol throughout the week and some amazing club nights on Friday,Saturday and an amazing Sunday Brunch by the poolside with unlimited beers and IMFL at great prices.

What a wonderful place....VIZAG, the third cleanest city of India, the beautiful beaches, pavements to walk, cycle tracks, safe city to move around and when we had conversations with some people there who are residing there for quite some time, got to know that they are loving to stay there as besides the above all, the local people there are humble and simple.
As we had already heard about the food at FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON is worth trying, so headed to their restaurant EATERY to have first hand experience and then we we're more than delighted to do so. Exec Chef Abhishek Kukreti and GM Vijayan Gangadharan greeted us with warmth.
Had the delicious Local Cuisine of Andhra. BAMBOO CHICKEN or the BONGULU NATU KODI as they call it.... Chicken marinated for six to eight hours with Andhra spices, as per the Chef he believes in experimenting and creating dishes and so he realized that marinating for this much time gives the dish the desired results. Outstanding, Chicken cooked in Chorcoal by putting inside the Bamboo. VANJARAM FISH.....Fresh caught fish made in freshly grounded Andhra spices, was excellent. PRAWNS GHEE ROAST..... perfectly roasted crisp prawns.
NATU KODI KURA....a traditional country Chicken curry served with Rice and Chapattis. A bit spicy yet delicious.
GULABJAMUN dipped in Rabadi was again new to us as the dessert..... relished it.

If you are in #Vishakhapatnam and you haven't eaten at the Four Points by Sheraton then you have really missed some awesome food. I loved every morsel I ate here really.
We tried some of the local cuisine of the region starting from Bamboo Chicken named as Bongulu Natu Kodi which is cooked in traditional style by marinating Chicken for a minimum 6 to 8 hours and then cooked on coal inside a bamboo were its cooked with the juices of bamboo n no water is used. It was awesomely delicious and spicy. Prawn Ghee roast was nice crisp and quite flavour full with a nice aroma of curry leaves.
Freshly caught Vanjaram fish was wrapped in again freshly grounded Andhra spices and full fish looked nice n tempting and for us North Indians less bones are better and easy to eat n we enjoyed it thoroughly.
Traditional Chicken Curry made in Andhra spices was great with steamed rice and chapati. Loved the aroma of fresh spices in each dish.
Dessert was also made in local style with gulab jamun served with rabri.
The place is resident eatery of four points by Sheraton and has variety of options ranging from South Indian cuisines to continental in buffet as well as ala carte. The head chef Abhishek Kukreti takes extreme care of the menu and dishes, especially catering to needs of customers. Great ambience and hospitality! Must try Paneer Lababdar.

Great Ambience with subtle music. Good service. Food order included Kashmiri mutton soup, Thai green curry, lamb in black pepper sauce along with rice assortments and drinks. Delicious and well cooked.
Went to The Eatery for Sunday lunch. The food was good but service is mediocre. It will be 1 before everything is ready. So if you want to have an early lunch, this is not the place to go.

Simply the best buffet available in Vizag. Specially you should visit during special events where exciting offers are available. Been there twice and extremely satisfied with both food and drinks quality.
Special mention about my favourite chef Mr. Ranjeet there , he is always there to help you out with the best dishes. Things seemed to have changed and I think for the better ever since this place has been taken over by a completely new management. I paid a few visits here a long time back and though the hospitality was good, everything else per me was not up to the mark. At least not what one would expect of a Sheraton property.
I recently ventured to try this place out again and while it did not blow my mind away, it was not a disaster either! The interiors have been given a top up and look better now. We opted for the buffet and there were the usual varieties you find in most places. The spread was not a big one when compared to the price but the quality was consistent unlike in the past. The point to be noticed here is that they keep the food in brass/ iron vessels and the lids are pretty heavy which might make it a tad uneasy for some people, especially ladies and children.
The hospitality is good keeping in mind the type of property we are in. Go here for a relaxed brunch or a lazy dinner and while it certainly has it's work cut out to catch up with some of it's peers in town, it's worth a shot!
The hotel is really good.The manager's here are very friendly as i wanted to have a small cake cutting session and Mr.Bhanu Prakash helped me out in making that function successful. Even the food taste good but the quantity is less as compared to other hotels.

Eatery is a celebration because most of the time when we visit a place for eating the ambience and people ignite our gastronomy much before we are introduced to the rendezvous with cuisine.
This place is an expert of coastal cuisines including fusion food and you must try their tandoor fish served in sizzler modern fusion with a sumptous accompanying vegetables and a slice of lemon.
My spouse and I ordered a Vegetable Hakka Noodles ( Four Points Special ) with Mixed Vegetable with Garlic sauce in the lunch , and was awestruck to find to our delight that the Hakka Noodles is cooked with precision level Brand Artistry, great on Aroma and very low on oil.
The vegetables in garlic sauce was also evenly balanced and we found the portion quite good and the price tag very reasonable when compared to the quality delivery.
I was more surprised to see that a Guest Manager followed us to the lift and took a detailed feedback on how my spouse and I felt about the food.
In the dinner, we made our space by the small pool side where they allow guests to be served with a romantic candle light ala carte dinner. Though the buffet option was equally attractive to gastronomy we decided to settle for a customised dinner to suit our tummy safely.
The non veg kebab platter has a portion of the fish,poultry and mutton and is a must try with a
small portion of basmati rice and spoons of curd.
To balance out we ordered a oriental style cooked green vegetables and it was truly a delight and justice made both to the tongue and the intestinal health.

Overall a good place. Been here 2 times .once in 2016 before renovation and recently this month. They removed the top floor dining and using only for functions or thats wat we are told. Before renovation its better.Also most people just eat buffet and the waiters forced us...which is funny. Overall very nice quality food ,freshly made will be served. Staying there will be wonderful experience.

Loved their breakfast. They have all types of cuisine..I had English breakfast while they also had north Indian and south Indian variety. The service was amazing. The wait time was almost nil for anything we ordered. Would recommend it to everyone.

One of my favorite place in vizag. I have a fixed menu everytime I come to eatery. It starts with a single malt, then some prawn jhinga nisha, Malabar paratha and the delicious Andra chicken. The place just went under renovation and now it looks extremely pleasant. The only downside being the pricing.
Sheraton has always been one of my favorites in Vizag. I love the elevation, interiors and the food here. Spent 2 of my birthdays here and they were amazing!

Both of them exceeded customer expectations with an outstanding display of what I term as 'Hospitality from the Heart'....
They performed their duties to their utmost efficiency in areas of knowledge, communication, personal appearance, responsiveness to ever changing customer needs....
Hats-off to their level and quality of customer service...way to go Bhaskar Das, Swagatam Ghosh, Anibrata Basu(Duty Manager) and Sagar Gaonkar (Rooms Division Manager)....

As a vegan I can feel this very strong. Had a buffet with my clients here. They should consider placing more staff on the floor at dinner times.
Hospitality was great but they couldn't serve the items which they've offered to bring at the table. We waited for 20 min for the Rotis, 15 minutes for the starters.
Starters should be ready to be served right!! .. Who wants to wait for the starters. We've opted for buffet because we thought we can wrap the dinner session fast.

Croissants - Please do not make it if you cant make it perfect. Hard, Tasteless.
Donuts - Same as croissants - Hard and Tasteless.

There's a brilliant look and feel if you are looking to have food in a place devoid of noise. Some of the best dishes were the Durbari Kofta Curry and the Bhindi Jaipuri as part of the buffet offered. The Espresso Tart in the dessert section takes a special mention. Not a lot of coffee there but a subtle tinge of cocoa for the cake and well presented work there.
If you are prepared to shell out some money, its probably one of the best!

We went to this restaurant on 13th June when the "Seemandhra festival" was going on.
The seating is quite ok and the place is good.
All the items were tasty and none of the items was overly pungent so everything could be eaten by all.
There were also 2 dishes for Russian people on the buffet and we could also take if we wanted.
The waiters were courteous.
The place is worth a visit again and I will definitely try other restaurants in this hotel.

This restaurant is within the premises of Four Points by Sheraton Hotel near waltair main road. There is ample parking space for four wheelers. The restaurant provides buffet lunch, buffet dinner and Sunday brunch. We visited the restaurant on a weekday buffet lunch with a tariff around 1170 rs per person excluding tax. The ambience is cool and well lit which helps in augmentation of apetite. The staffs are courteous, polite and professional. The buffet spread mainly focuses on continental and oriental dishes. Starting from soup till desserts, every preparations were superb. In a nutshell, the spread consists of salads, sandwiches, two soups, four starters, oriental main course, continental main course, south Indian main course, fruit platter, desserts and hot beverages. Alcoholic beverages can be added also with an extra cost. Grilled veg and non-veg sections were top notch. All ingredients were felt fresh, appealing to taste buds and light on stomach. The price of the spread was aptly justified by the quality of food and service the restaurant offer. Undoubtedly, one of the finest buffet spreads of Vizag. Overall verdict- definitely recommended.
A great place for a buffet in vishakhapatnam. Went there on a weekend so it was totally packed. Managed to get a table after a short wait. The buffet spread was really impressive. A wide variety of options covering several cuisines, and everything I tried tasted great. The appetizers and desserts are definitely the stars of the show. Main course was decent. Only downside for me was the very limited choice in availability of beer. Other than that, everything else was top notch.

I have been in Pune at eatery the options were quite less there in vizag they had little more. I didn't like the way they served cocktail in glass of shots was a bit disappointed. If you wana order from the menu options aren't much available and order takes time.

I'd heard a lot about their lavish buffet, but I couldn't obtain it because I arrived late to the restaurant, which was about to close. I had placed an order for jeera rice, butter paneer masala, sizzler salad, and daal makhani. The paneer was great, the salad was delicious, but the daal makhani was overly creamy, much creamier than it needed to be.
Quality of food was good but the quantity is very very less... Price is also too high when compared to mid segment hotels...
