The ambiance is good,
They even have buffet .
But Make sure to make an appointment prior going to this place because its a long waiting hours sometimes even on weekdays.
However, The service i felt was a little slow not just food but also billing.
A really good restaurant to hop on especially for buffet.The buffets are reasonably priced especially lunch and dinner. It has various lip smacking dishes to offer. The ambience is cool. The seating space could be improved.

As always Cascades is a delight to visit. Eating by the poolside with light music is a different feeling. The food preparation is good and the service / ambience is the same with we are used to for the last 35 years. Always a delight to eat there.
Food is good. Due to some restrictions, we opted for vegetarian dishes that day. Frankly felt it isn't worth the cost for veg being a non vegetarian. Service, ambience are exceptional.

The Best. I stayed in Dolphin for 3 days. Food Taste and quality is very good. The staff is even more friendly and supportive. We had plans to have food outside. But got locked with Dolphin with hospitality, and food they provided. Happy to visit again and again.

They have live music which is fun. Food is okay.
Nice spread of dishes. But during the weekends you have to wait if you don't pre-book. Nice view to enjoy and have a sumptuous meal
