Best quality food with high hygienic standards at such low cost is really cool. The quantity they provide sometimes surprise me. I regularly have butter chicken/paneer and butter naan frequently. I love the kulcha which are rare in the city. Every item I order are best of its kind and one can't find complaint on their service.
Good atmosphere and lovely food. Gives the ambience of a real dhaba. Perfect place to have authentic Punjabi food in Vizag. Must have the Lassi, thick with lots of Malai!!!
Good food good taste... you will feel a real Dhaba located in middle of the city...should try lassi and prices are reasonable, you can take your gang n go
Here is a Pure Veg Punjabi flavours for everyone. Can get the best Punjabi vegetarian food. But only preferable for dine-in. Online orders are not suggested for this restaurant. One can get a outdoor Dhaba feel in the heart of the City. Paneer Makhan wala is the Best of all
The best place to hangout with friends , the best place to have vegeterian food , the best place to have punjabi food. I tried punjabi thaali , mikki bhi roti with sasron ki saag , singapore fried rice , kaju paneer , onion paratha ,keer , bada lassi..!
Daal makhani has an amazing taste , the punjabi thali is worth tasting it and the food has amazing taste and really blended well with ghee and butter. This roof top dhaba has catchy look at nights with lights and the seating.
Great taste! This sums up the restaurant. The location is above Sam's griddle with an AC area and am open air area with dhaba ambience, with "khats" et Al. We had makke Di roti and Sarson da saag, kadhai paneer and butter naan, washed down with a proper "Punjabi" glass of lassi. All the dishes were prepared well and tasted yum, but the lassi was the icing on the cake. After a long time, you got authentic lassi, unlike the urbanised cartonised version you get at most places.
I am ordering in this Restaurant for first time they will make Ur Food as ur wish, great experience It Is Nice nd Spicy Food Taste excellent...!
I had been to this place on my trip to Vizag city.
We decided to try out this place for our dinner.
It is situated on a terrace place and look and feel is given to that of a dhaba.
The khatiyas, the car and truck pictures and all add up to the ambiance.
We service is good and the owner is friendly and helpful.
We ordered lassi, chaas and Punjabi papad initially.
The lassi comes in huge Punjabi glasses and you will have hard time finishing it. It is amazing!
The chaas was less thick and had more water content. This can be improved on.
We tried on paneer sabji and sarso da sag and makke di roti. Absolutely amazing! Perfectly made with required amount of spiciness and taste. Just loved it.
Highly recommended.
We lastly ordered daal khichdi with tadka. This was more like a homely made khichdi and tasted good.
Overall an amazing place to try out North Indian food.
This place is like a road side Punjabi Dhaba with all those cots and tyres stuff but on the 4th floor of the building. Balwinder Paaji is the founder of this restaurant who came to Visakhapatnam 40 years ago, who used to make and sell rotis then. He always had a thought of opening a pure vegetarian restaurant with authentic Punjabi cuisine and atmosphere. After many decades of gestation he opened this restaurant in 2017. He killed it by bringing in authentic flavours. One thing you can go for is Butter naan with Paneer butter masala, for which they are the masters forever. You can end your meal with sweet kiss of Lassi with a cloud of Malai on the top. This is a go to place for families as well as friends. It has an outdoor dining area where you can choose to sit before the tables or the cots where you get the exact feel of a Punjabi Dhaba with all those truck tyres, cinema posters etc. It also has an air conditioned dine in place.
PS: Don't dare to forget the lassi.
super πππππππππ
I got my delivery on Time...thanks Zomato
Oh my god!! The food was excellent and was healthy too. Methi peas masala was good with phulka. Lassi was also really good. In terms of hospitality and kind behaviour we can give it a ten.
Food was satisfactory. Impressed with the idea of recreating the dhaba type of experience in the center of the city that too on the terrace. Service was also relatively quick. People have come with their families including kids who seemed to enjoy the ambience. Looking forward to visit again..
Best dhaba in town. Period!
Dhaba city Punjab always serves good food. At all their locations. This is no different. A bit pricey, but the location is such π€·π»ββοΈ
Quick service, good ambience. Especially during winter months, the outdoor seating is quite refreshing. Will certainly go back.
Dhaba City Punjab opened its branch in Siripuram recently. I have been here a few times and the taste has been consistent always.
The noodle soup is amazing. I usually donβt order any other starters, as the main course is really heavy. The Aloo paranthas and gobi paranthas are too good. So is the dal tadka. Paneer butter masala is highly recommended. The lassi is exceptional but after a heavy meal, difficult to finish off alone.
They have both a/c and non a/c seating arrangements. The terrace has charpais and tables with chairs as well. During the day one can play peek-a-boo with the Bay of Bengal if the weather is good. The menu is inclusive of taxes, however they charge 10% extra for a/c seating. The food is authentic, tasty, high quality and priced reasonably
Dhaba City Punjab is located near to HSBC, Siripuram. Ambience of this place was like typical road side Dhaba with film posters which was kind of cool. Air conditioned section was also there. We ordered Punjabi thali which was good except one or two items.
Food tastes good here. I like ALU Parota in this restaurant.
Sweet lassi was very tasty.
Best price and good taste
