If you go by the looks, you will get disappointed. If you go by the food quality and quantity, you will not be disappointed. I discovered this place while I was looking for something which is not Idly and Dosa during my recent visit To Vizag. A good experience.
The restaurant is strategically located on the beach road with an awesome view of the sea. They serve healthy fresh juices and milkshakes. Tried their manchow soup and Babycorn curry, which tasted very good. You can laze here for hours with friends during off peak hours
Location is the best part f this place.Food is average.Have tried kadhai panner,phulka in dinner as parcel,taste was good but veg biryani was average...can be tried while roaming on beach road near submarine museum.service is good.
ofcourse another fantastic restaurant in the beach road. you can get good quality food. the cashew chicken was one of the best item that I had ate there in Windys although the rest of the Chinese items are also tasty and yummy!
Firstly awesome location, opposite to the kursura submarine museum vuda.. You have a very good sea view right opposite. We had visited here for lunch.

We had ordered chicken biryani, prawn biryani, egg noodles and Pepsi.... The quantity was limited, sufficient for one.. On order of prawn biryani they had served veg biryani along with prawn curry... Taste was good enough.. The noodles was tasty, think and properly cooked.

Located next to Submarine Museum on the beach road,Windys has been a name to reckon in vizag for quite sometime and this place has a lot to offer be it Indian or tandoor dishes,I was a regular to this place during my childhood and very little has changed over the years.
The place offers a scenic view of the beach and has umbrellas and cement slabs for seating and is a great place to visit in the evenings.
Coming to food the chicken lollypop,winglets are fried to perfection with a golden hue and crispy outlook and tender juicy pieces on the inside served with the standard tomato and chilli sauce,the one dish for which I keep visiting this place is their Chopsuey (chicken) served with fried noodles and a which is a thick whitish gravy with chicken and vegetables,the places has some good juices on offer of which the fruit beer a mixture of Grape juice and Pepsi amuses me with its distinct flavour and some fizz.
And for deserts they have Ice creams,Custard ,fruit salad with icecream and frozen mangoes all through the year.
overall a place with ambience good enough for an hour or two at the beach with some lip smacking food.@

One of the best places to hang out right next to the beach. The towering submarine museum lies opposite to this place.
Considering the money you pay, I say the food is exceptionally good.
Wouldn't suggest a visit on a rainy or a windy day as the restaurant is open themed and you will have to battle the elements rather than concentrate on your food.
Overall, one of the cheapest and best hangout places next to the beach.
A good scenic place right next to the beach opposite to the submarine museum. The food is great and pocket friendly. They serve special dishes like dragon chicken and chicken 555 the best I've tasted so far in the city. They are must tries
Considering the prices, the food is very good. It's right next to the submarine museum on the beach road. It's an open roof restaurant. Phulka with shahi paneer is good here. Also, you can enjoy the free beach road wifi while having your food. :)
a great place by the sea.dont usually find such great setups.the food is sub standard though.the chicken soup was good here.can avoid everything else.coffee and chicken soup thats it.
An outdoor restaurant just by the bay overlooking the submarine on the beach. Very normal food at great prices. A perfect hangout spot to just sit and chill with friends.
The best place with a clean view at the vizag's most loved Rk beach.chicken noodles n chicken fried rice are too good n the prices are reasonable.
Windy's restaurant is on the Beachfront. The R K Beach stretches out in front of it. In between there is a busy street. This is an open air restaurant. They have an open kitchen. We have to place order and pay in advance. Then the waiting starts. We had to wait half an hour to get what we ordered. They have vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Parking is a problem. Lots of sight seeing options in the vicinity.
One of the best restaurants to have a quick bite on the beach road. Starters here are very good in taste, they also serve pretty quickly. This is an open air seating, so only downside is when it rains you can’t sit there to eat.
Fav place to hangoutttttt just near the beach to drench your tastebuds with yummmmy mouth watering food!
Try the Pepper fries and Palin Palak with Butter naan and you will never ever regret it💕💕

Food is delicious ,fresh and hygienic .
The place is open air . But their service speed is a little bit slow. That's why I rated it 4 star.
We had breakfast yesterday(12-03-2021) at Windys Restaurant. We liked the food. The owner showed a great hospitality to the customers. Thanks.

It is open area restaurant, the non veg food is delicious & price is affordable but for vegetarian the prices are little bit more & taste is ok.

Chilli gobi is very nice. Palak paneer is very food. Some Pulka are like appadam. Mixed veg curry is decent.
