Theatre is good with nice sound quality . But staffs are not very customer friendly. Basement parking no one is there to guide. No valet facilities. Exit time no lift facilities .
INOX @ Chitralayaa Multiplex is located inside the Mall which means mall parking is available.
Ticket prices are approx 140–150 Rs on weekdays & it’s great value for the overall service INOX provides. They have 5 cinema Audi’s & they are distributed between lower and ground floor. Food Counter is spacious & provides enough variety to choose from. F&B prices are high as expected.
One downfall is the bathrooms are on the ground level so if your cinema Audi is below then you need to walk up & go.
Staff is polite, attentive & security at the entrance is friendly too.
Picture & Sound quality is very good for the price they charge for their tickets .
Overall great place to watch a movie after some shopping.
Here shopping was nice but I went there for KFC many times. Wednesday there was an offer

Sound and picture quality of the films were excellent. The concessions stand had a good selection of snacks and drinks. The only downside was that the seats were a bit uncomfortable, but that's a minor issue.
There are five screens in that screen one is the biggest theatre of all. Sound and picture quality is maintained well, though not equipped with dolby atmos.Remaining screens other than screen one are quite small. Clean washrooms and costly food.
I loved the place. It's being maintained decently and the experience is worth of what I paid.
I choose recliners those were neat and comfortable.
Only thing that I didn't like is parking fee.
A nice place to enjoy the day. Cinema hall is not that big n special but it's proximity with other entertaining things like shopping, games, food court and variour other things makes it stand out. Here max, Reliance kind of shopping place with some virtual games shop also you will find. It is also located in the middle of jagdambba circle so if anything is left out then that you can have just outside the chitralaya.

One of the best malls in Vizag. We can go shopping,lunch,watch movies,games,get a tattoo & can spend time with friends.
Visited the theatre, we have to take left turn after crossing main gate to park the car in basement, multi level basement is available for paid parking cars. We have to pay parking fee at the entrance. Lift is available from car parking to reach theatre. Observed KFC food stall is available at ground floor with in the complex, we noticed shops in the first floor. Maintenance is good. Good food courts are available. Had good theatre visiting experience.
