Ambience is good and polite service, attentive to the customer needs. Enjoyed Veg Manchow soup and is good. Tried Veg seekh kebab it's OK. Dum Chicken Biryani served was good and the Masala had salt on higher than the normal. After bringing the service Team, it was corrected .
It's little difficult to identify this place in traffic, if you are new to this city. While coming to interior it is quite rustic with wooden beams. I felt that place smelt strange. Staff members are friendly. Service is good.Simple menu with Indian and Chinese cuisine. Since we visited for the first time. We asked waiter for suggestions. He suggested sizzling Chinese starter/platter and sizzling non veg biryani, which are signatures of eleven. So we ordered those. Biryani is spicy and good. I liked chicken lolly pop in the platter. We ordered couple of drinks. Well I don't suggest beverages there. I felt like I took a syrup.I found nothing unique, even taste. It's normal like other restaurants. It's ok for a quick bite. Will I visit this place again? 🤔 No. Sorry if I'm too critical. Hope this helped you.

Tasty Indian food. Good location. Slightly congested seating
I have been here many times. I can't understand why they have got some bad reviews. I suspect they are dodgy reviewers. Just ask for Chris, he will lead you through the menu and help optimise your selection. Food always hot, especially the thali. Curries are generous and tasty. Breads very good. Clean and tidy too.
Their menu is extensive.They offer a great variety specially in soups and starters. They offer more of non-vegetarian food. Observed that some items like starters are repeated in their menu.The ambience is good.Felt that the food is overpriced when compared to the kind of service and food quality they were offering(which is just average).
Delicious food but takes too long to serve
The place is located at the centre of the city and has a nice view looking into the road outside. The dishes are delicious and mouthwatering, with reasonable serving time. The best part of the restaurant is the courteous behaviour of its staff, especially the manager, who attends all customers in a very polite manner. A must try restaurant which offers one of the best services in the city.
Good food prepared with attention to detail. Prompt proactive service. Only thing that can be seriously improved is the bathroom. It is dingy dark and really crammed. Would do a world of good to redesign the washspace.
Good ambience and lovely calm place to have good meal at anytime , coming to food ,best place to have delicious food if you are a food critic and I ordered few which made this place into my fav list of restro in the city ,and I had chicken manchow soup with mangolian chicken as starter and I ordered sizzler Tikka biryani with kadai boneless chicken curry and a soft drink which I should say it's mouth waterliciously delicious food to try on ,and at last ,the caramel custard is never I had in whole of city before as the combo need a pudding at the end to get satisfied , and I am satisfied . Thanks for the good service too .
Ambience wise, it's good. Food is also good. But, they take an a looong time to bring the dishes; more than 45 minutes.
We went there recently. We ordered soups and veg Manchurian as starters. We waited and waited. We enquired with the manager umpteen times about our soups. But to our shock, we were served our main menus. When we asked what happened to our soup order, he counter-asked us, you ordered soup and Manchurian? We later found out that our soup and Manchurian order was never taken.
My advice, if you are planning to have your food, let's say at 8:30 pm, be there at 6-6:30 pm coz they take more than 1 hour to bring your food.
