BONSOUTH is a buffet place with a global grill and they have included all the basic entities of the entrées, the main course and the desserts but with a focus on South-Indian delicacies (not Idli-Dosa). Well, Bonsouth is not a typical South Indian place where you get the idli-dosa. The staff is very courteous and humble, and will guide you through each entity if needed. Categorically, I had . Mocktails - I commenced my bonsouth journey with a PEACH ICED TEA. Those dealing with chemicals would love this as it is served in a measuring cylinder. Measuring about half a litre, this drink is a perfect blend of peach, lime and lemon. The sweetness wasn't overpowering and it was refreshing with a nice balance of citrus flavour. It is a must try drink, and it also, didn't have any fizz. Then, I had the CUMIN COCKTAIL which looked like cola. You should totally go for it if you like jeera (cumin). It had a mild cumin touch to the cola cocktail flavor and it was a cool drink. I just had a sip as I can't consume much cumin and I also, detected a little chatpata taste of it. Then, the CUCUMBER SQUASH was something new which I tried. Although, I am not as impressed by it as it was just a squash of cucumber, and I couldn't detect the ingredients as I had only a sip because it tasted really weird. Then, came the weirdest name a drink can have - PALANG TOD. It is a combination of Red-Bull energy and an espresso shot. It kind of tastes like a cough syrup and is a little bitter. Appetisers - I started with the nitrogen based CHAAT ICECREAM. The ice-cream had a mild strawberry taste to it but it was infused with chilly powder and served with farsaan. It had a tinge of tamarind chutney and a mint leaf placed over it. It was a flavorful combination with the taste buds constantly tingling between hot and sweet flavors. I also had the TANDOORI LAJAWAB TANGDI and it's marination was so flavorful and the chicken was beautifully cooked. Tender and juicy it was succulent, but the marination couldn't reach the inner side of the chicken and the chicken was only marinated from the outside. The SRI-LANKAN CHICKEN was beautifully cooked. It had a nice turmeric and cumin flavor and it was served boneless which made it really relishing. It was garnished with scallions and tasted really well. The GARLIC PRAWNS were well marinated and chilly seeds were sprinkled over it to enhance it. If grilled properly, it tasted really well with the garlic flavor. It had a nice crisp on it but the tail scales came in between and it kind of hampered the scene as you can't eat those scales and have to remove it. The main attraction was the CHAAPLI KEBABS. Minced mutton mixed with different ground spices and garnished with coriander and fried till dark brown are the best version of mutton kebabs I have ever had. I just couldn't stop eating it. If you are here, you should have it at any cost. . Main course - I started my mains with the CHICKEN CAFREAL. It had a beautiful flavor which was because of the mixture of coriander and chillies. The fusion was really good and this Goan dish was well justified. The chicken was very nicely cooked and was nice and white with tender pieces. The PEPPER SHRIMP curry was thick and consistent. It went well with the curry leaves and small bell pepper pieces along with the tomato-onion paste. The shrimps were cooked well and the flavour was infused in it which enhanced its taste.

Really amazing and The best buffet in Pune. What a food, delicious and mouthwatering. On a Sunday evening one of my friend and me visited to Bonsouth, near Pizza hut chowk, Wakad. They have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements with a small mock tails bar . The ambiance is quite good and way better than any other buffet restaurant. They have grill for starters. Coming to the food they have few live counters of pizza, pasta, exotic food grill and pani puri. They serves more that 15 types of starters including veg and Non veg. The taste starters are very good and delicious. Few are there signatures i liked Beetroot kabab Mutton kabab Chicken wings and leg piece Crispy corn They have variety of main course which includes Indian, goan and Asian food. All most more than 15 dishes in main course which includes Noodles, biryani and many more. They have 6 to 7 different types of deserts. Gulab jamun one is my favourite one. A month old, Bonsouth is winning hearts already. Situated on the first floor, Bonsouth has 3sections, Indoor, Outdoor and Conference room with projector(booking should be made in advance). As we entered they greeted and led us to our seat and then explained the concept of the grill. They have lava stone grill with tawa grill and normal grill. The place is well lit with filament lights and has a good playlist. Bonsouth has 4 set Buffet menus out of which one is put up for the entire week(Starting from 475 Rs). They have two live counters- pasta and grillicious , "make your own chaat" counter, herbivorous corner, salad counter, carnivorous corner and desserts counter. The bar is situated outside, currently doesn't serve alcohol but shall soon. ➡️ We were served Lonavla chikki parfait at the very beginning to increase our appetite, it was yumm. ➡️Then the Mocktails, we tried Oreo Shake, Pan Shake, Drinks for Two, Cuddles on the beach. They were refreshing and the Oreo shake and Drinks for Two were well presented. For the starters on and off the grill, we had •VEG: Soup In Bun, Mushroom manchurian,Crispy Corn, Mexican Salsa With Fries ,Cheese Kurkure •NON-Veg: Grill Prawns, Peri Peri Chicken, Barbecue Chicken wings, Seekh Kebab and Kasundi Machi ➡️The starters were good, especially the Non-Veg ones has good flavour of spices and we're cooked well👍 ➡️The White Sauce pasta could've been a bit more cheesier. It was cooked well though. ➡️ Coming to the main course, again the carnivores corner crossed our expectations. High on flavours, protein was cooked properly. But the herbivores sections need to be worked upon. The taste isn't up to the mark. There's always room for improvement though. ➡️ Dessert: The best course of the entire meal. They serve 16 types of dessert leaving you spoilt for choice. We highly recommend Elaneer payasam , Ada payasam, Angoori gulab jamun, Hyderabadi phirnee, paan mousse. We couldn't get enough of these.👍 The staff is very kind here. They also performed a dance act on two songs which was fun to watch. It's a perfect place to visit with your family or even friends and have a good time.

Buffet is quiet sumptuous. Steamed fish and prawns are good all chicken and mutton starters are good. Good main course was served which included mtutton rogan josh, fish and chicken gravy. Biryai was also well made. Deserts are also excellent as there was live icecream counter along with variety of sweet dishes which will make you happy. Excellent staff to take care of you. Overall a good family dinner we had.

Good food and ambiance , set up is bit like barbeque nation with some original and good quirks. Well balanced menu. Service can be improved for the per pax price being charged.

This place is located in wakad. Good siting options indoor n outdoor both. No ala card u can order berbque n fry options and then main course of ur choice veg n nonveg both. Food end with good options of deserts.
