We were staying in a nearby hotel and went here for dinner, after seeing their excellent reviews.
On the way there at night, we were slightly skeptical due to the dark roads as we were walking the entire distance.
On reaching, we were thrilled at the wonderful ambience of this restaurant.
We had dinner one night and we checked into their resort the next day itself.
We also had lunch and complimentary breakfast that was part of the resort package.
All the dishes were excellent. The service was wonderful. The ambience is top notch. Considering the overall offering, we were pleasantly surprised that the prices are also very reasonable.
Mr Yuvan ensured us a wonderful experience with his pleasant demeanor. Thanks to all the support staff too.

Wait time for food is around 20-25mins which is okay compared to other restaurants with wait time more than 40mins.

Beautiful place to eat and get insta worthy pictures, Sitting in Yercaud I found this restaurant elegant. Menu is diverse but taste was average. Great hosts and plenty of space for children to play.

Stayed in Story resorts for a day. Ambience is awesome. Hospitality extended by staff was very good. Food served in the Orchid restaurant was delicious. Overall the stay experience was marvelous. Special appreciation to Saravanan, Ranjitha, Prasanth and Anand in the restaurant for their hospitality and service.
The ambience was excellent, a few dishes were good and a couple of dishes were ok. Service could have been better.
We stayed at The Story Resort and Spa, Yercaud. The Orchid Restaurant is their in house restaurant. I must say that the place is worth all your time for the blissful experience you get here. Food wise, I appreciate the chef for the excellent taste and hygiene. Fantastic hospitality by the staff here.
Food is delicious. Menu is limited but taste is great. You much try fish fry, mutton Sukka and chicken curry. Staff is very welcoming!! Breakfast definitely gives a homely experience.

Excellent south food served here. They also have some European style dishes. The food is served hot.
Few negative points: The crab dish that we ordered was good however we did get a lot of meaty pieces. Also, there is not continental breakfast. The breakfast served is purely south/ north Indian. The breakfast food served are: pongal, idli (which accompanying chutney’s and Sambar), puri & Bhaji, dosa, coffee/ tea and fruit juices
Overall, this is possibly one of the best restaurants in Yercaud.

Food was delicious and very hygienic. I loved the service of the staff. They are very sweet, cooperative and humble. Loved the way they accomodated us. I had planned a candle light dinner for my husband's birthday and they let me choose the menu for our dinner without any restrictions. Chicken biryani was not available that particular day, I requested them to prepare it for us and they being the sweetest staff they prepared biryani specially for us. Overall loved the food, service and stay.
customer friendly staff and personalsed attention. Lot variety of food we enjoyed great vegetarian food. Each day they one special variety of food and that really nice and very tasty. We visited few time ls and they prepare food based our preference
