This place is really craving worthy. We usually go from our college during lunchbreaks and it's worth the price. Love the buttermilk there

The food is really good. It's affordable and tastes like home food. Litti Choka and lassi served here is the best. Since it's not very pricey its filled with MSRIT students.

This a small place and has three to four tables. However, It's maintained well and is clean and the food is sooo good. Best parathas ever! It's cheap and pocket friendly. Must try the butter milk and gobi parathas.

Although the sitting place is limited, the food is very tasty. It is less oily, quantity is appropriate and service is fast. Baigan sabji is great. Litti chokha on Sunday night is a must try.
Highly recommend going to this mess if you have to eat outside on daily basis. Cost per head is around Rs. 40-50.

This place is tied with a lot of memories! A place where we used to hangout on a daily basis.

This place serves food which is full on your stomach but low on your wallet. Starting off, the Gobi parantha is very good. Filled with tiny scrapes of Gobi, this goes well with green chatni and meetha(a sweet side dish made of tamarind and jaggery). Then comes the humble aloo paratha which is again very good. This goes well with Gobi ke sabzi. Pyaz and aloo pyaz are other variants of these paranthas which are good but not as good as Gobi. Mind you, all the above mentioned parathas make a killer combo with the sweet lassi available here.

Even the dal roti served here is good, to your health, tummy and wallet :P. Seriously this makes an amazing pair with chaas( salted buttermilk)

The place feels like a home with uncle and Aunty belting out plate after plate of paranthas and rotis. Do visit here to have the experience of home made food

One of the few mess kind of restaurants near MSRIT. The 4 rating is basically for the homely kind of food you get here. Things to try; Gobi Paratha, Lassi, Butter milk.
Value for money: 4/5
Ambiance: 2/5

Its worth your money! Being a college student you wouldn't mind spending it here. The paratha and lassi is too good and very filling. Litti and chokha just reminds you of home. Try it out!

Another alternative to Durga Mess, Subhash Mess serves better parathas and lassi is even better.
For the price you pay here, you will be stuffed to the brim and you will definitely feel satisfied. This is probably one of the reasons why it's flocked by students from MSRIT. Then again, the seating place is limited and the place is quite small. But that shouldn't hold you back. Do give it a visit if you're bored with your regular food.

Best paratha ever tasted...Mostly the place which charges you less and feeds you more.
Best place for students who don't have enough cash in pocket but still want the best food .
