The staff is very cooperative. You may have to wait for sometime due to crowd; your work may be delayed but never denied.
I was in hurry but one employee was not on his chair (as it was lunch hour). So, another saff member went to his work station for that particular task; to help me out and I was able to get my work done in time. I've seen the staff going for only 15 minutes lunch break, which is a rare sight in Zirakpur. The work ethics are very impressive.

I cannot say this is very great bank cause my bank branch is from other city and they dont even cash my payments it is allowed to do payments cash in all urgent need i have to do complete to banks persons have to understand them clients troubles they have to help us that is they are in this bank right km se Kam payment ko 50 bar cash krna allowed hona chaiye Kam se Kam 25 bar At least no we cant do no we can't do is all they said always it's not good for ynour banks reputation so u need to update the terms and conditions cause there would be something important if that person comes to your bank it's your responsibility to done their work sir them work sir do listen I need an answer for this please it's an kind request all the banks are do payments cash in cases of urgency of all customers bank toh state bank of india Ka hi hai na right what's the matter if banks branch is somewhere else atleast u peoples should understand the clients bank operater who is having an account in your bank do u cash my payment or not ? At least once i have an urgent important need seriously why don't I understand if u did this only then it can be clear i do respect and care of your all clients or not
My experience was great with the young female employee. She helped me to resolve my issue. I am giving 5 star for her.

I don't know about others....but I get my work and withdraws quickly....nice staff ...i always get the information I need with quick responses..
Worthless lady staff is very rude simply denies the work for server down while others are doing their work
