“People who Love to eat are always the best people”
A few days ago,got a chance to visit a place ,FOYER Restaurant And Cafe at Agra, and as the name suggests ,it was indeed a hall of delicious food. so I let my taste buds to be my guide for that evening...
It is a good place to hang out with friends ,family and with your special ones as”food is symbolic of love ,when words are inadequate”
The one who is a nature lover ,should give a try for this place ,as not only inside but outside area also makes you feel calm and composed.
Ambience-The decoration is really majestic and the combination of colours and lightning pacifies you..
And so we began ....
Drinks-
Aam panna : A mango drink to give us a refreshing feel which was good in taste .
Then we had ..
Starters or Appetizers -
1.chilly paneer: It was well barbecued in sauces and palatable .
2.Paneer cocktail:Although it was fine but could have been better.
3.Crispy noodles:Different veggies with noodles really had a delicious taste.
4.Veg Sizzlers : As the smoke of sizzler excites you to have it fast but French fries were not up to the mark.
A recipe has no soul ,one as the cook must bring soul to recipe ,so in the chain of mouth watering items next we had main course-
1.Paneer tadka:Being a paneer lover it was not up to my expectations.
2.Bharma Aloo:For me it was the top most dish of the day ,Palak gravy was amalgamated with potato filled with dry fruits ,and paneer ,the taste was just piquant.
3.Kamachi Roti & Kabuli Naan: stuffed with fruits gave it a unconventional taste.
And as the evening was about to end ,
Deserts was served to us-
1.Shahi Tukda (Double ka Meetha)- A perfect combination of deep fried bread and Rabri served with different syrups ,was simply amazing.
2. Phirni: Not so delicious but can be tried.
