The Pizza was delicious and I think it took me to Europe for a moment. The fries seemed fresh and were big in size mostly. Overall, the experience was superb. I would definitely recommend it if you want to try Pizza (the European way maybe).
Visited this nice petit restaurant on New Year’s Eve. There aren’t too many tables in the restaurant. So you might have to wait if you go on one of the holidays or long weekends. They grow their own micro greens in the restaurant itself, Pretty cool.
Below are the items we ordered -
For the Appetisers we had 2 varieties of Breads, Cheese & garlic and Cheese & herbs. Both of them were nice. The cheese & herbs was a Jain version and they enjoyed it.
Verdure - Liked the pizza. It was well made and well cooked.
Paneer Bhut Jolokia - Loved this one more than the verdure. It isn’t very spicy so don’t worry about the chillies too much.
Tiramisu - We rarely get eggless Tiramisu and getting such a delectable one here was absolutely amazing. Must try! We loved it so much that we ordered a second one.
Matcha green tea pannacotta - It was nice. The matcha flavour was perfect. It wasn’t overpowering the pannacotta so someone who doesn’t enjoy too much matcha can also have it.
Burnt butter and praline ice cream - It was flavoursome and very much palatable. Loved it.
Kombucha - We called for 3 different ones - Blueberry, Mango & Lemon. Enjoyed all 3 flavours, but Lemon was the strongest of all. Mango flavour wasn’t that strong. Would have loved if the Mango flavour was more evident in the Kombucha.
All in all it is a very nice restaurant to have authentic Neapolitan pizzas.
PS - they do home deliveries to most parts of Alibaug.
The restaurant truly lives up to its name, serving some of the most "buono" pizzas in town. The menu offers a wide variety of pizza options, and no matter your preference, you're bound to find something that tickles your taste buds. Their crust is a perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the toppings are always fresh and generously applied.
However, the Italian bruschetta is horrible, hoping the restaurant improves on this small tiny part.
They also offer a wide range of drinks and dessert, and a few souvenirs that align with the Town of Alibaug.
