This restaurant in the hotel left me utterly impressed. The staff here is exceptionally well-trained, and their humility and down-to-earth nature are truly remarkable and rare to find. The level of service was beyond expectations, with impeccable manners and genuine warmth. What sets them apart is their genuine concern for guests' well-being. They graciously accommodated requests for special dietary needs due to medical conditions. The 'Namaste' and treatment as though we were welcomed home guests made the dining experience truly exceptional. It's not about money here; it's about genuine hospitality.

Ordered Seekh Kebab and Chicken Zafran Biriyani and it was up to the mark. Spice level was perfect and kudos to chef. Shivam was very helpful, in general everything was perfect. The entire kitchen team is very well behaved and know how to treat customers.

Great Restaurant! Great Food! Great Customer service! We stayed at Fairfield marriott for 3 nights and we had our 3 meals from Kava Grill and Lounge ,I should say this - The food is delicious and the impeccable customer service was icing on the cake. Ms Manorama, Ms Diksha and Mr Gaurab was super smart and brilliant in their service. Cheers to the entire team and for giving us a wonderful experience.
