One of my all time favourite places to eat, hang out, meet cool people, have wonderful conversations and just chill for hours. Everything is authentic Mangalorian home made, Grandma approved cuisine!
Everything is customised to my needs, and service with LOVE and a big smile. The owner, Sudi, is a gem of a human being and he makes this place worthy of a daily visit.
All my friends super love Affo and if I go out to eat, then this is one of the ONLY places I visit. There's board games, a free mini pool table, extremely child and animal friendly, a real dream of a place.
MUST EAT if you're anywhere in Goa. Come to Arambol JUST to eat here; trust me, you'll love it.
Water on arrival, a menu placed for each persons, this establishment cares about customer service and that is just the beginning.
The food is fresh, unique with delicate flavours an absolute delight to sum it up, myself generally not the biggest fan of South Indian food, however Affogato has changed my mind. The head chef cares deeply about the food and I feel privileged to try these wonderful creations.
The atmosphere is very soothing with many plants and large openings to feel the fresh air while accompanied by some quality furnishing and lovely paintings, a classy and calming affair! Plus a little pool table that is quite good for its size for some fun!
May be slightly more costly than your average coffee shop but this isn’t your average coffee shop, and well worth every rupee, so do yourself a favour and try this place out!
Sudhir, Rajni and Pawan co-own this place and run it with the help of a strong team of Nepali boys- Karan, Dev and Loki. All of them are very warm, welcoming and polite.
I've become a regular here since my first visit a month ago. They launched it on 20th March 2021 and I had been hearing about it through grapevine but never came across the name while riding around Arambol.
They are bang on Pernem Rd on the ground floor of a guesthouse, adjacent to a gym.
They are very meticulous with avoiding the use of packaged products, hence they source their ingredients locally or make it themselves. The dairy and vegetables are always fresh. They make their own batter for dosas. They make their own curd and paneer, pickles, sorbets and gelato.
The vanilla pods are used for their vanilla ice-cream, I couldn't have been more impressed.
Their ghee roast masala dosa and sambhar (on the side) are delicious. They serve dosas w/o sambhar but it's a nominal ₹50 bowl if you wish to relish the rich sambhar. Totally worth it.
This place is a vibe you need to experience yourself to judge!
