Took my cousins, from out of town, here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. I had been to multiple Toscano restaurants before and this experience was as good as the previous ones. We were seated in the balcony area. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing as always. Do keep in mind that this place is on the pricier side. But it does feel worth it as a once in a while meal. Would recommend this place if you're in VR mall and looking for a good Italian meal.

Very beautiful ambience!! Sitting near the window sill gives you a very extravagant look of the colourful lights around. Visiting during monsoons is all the more pleasure. The breeze just serenades you! They even set up a candle on each and every table. This place serves Italian and the taste is upto expectations. I did not find the taste out of the box. Their garnishing or presentation of food is very appealing. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We were happy to be served by smiley faces. They have a huge wine selection as well. One major disadvantage is that it is very pricy for the quantity they serve. We paid more than 400 for just 3 king prawns. It was just not worth the cost though the food was good. So prepare for a blow in your pocket before you step in to this beautiful place!!

Good Italian food and a really nice ambience. Service is pretty good and the staff are friendly and available at your service. We loved all the dishes we tried. Buffet food experience is not that great though. a la carte food quality is far superior than the buffet offerings.
