Very accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean with nice showers. However simple things like WiFi were not user friendly and the power & AC automatically turns off when you leave the room so then it’s stuffy when you return and can’t charge devices while away. Foot massage is a machine in a weird small room - still a nice feature!
Rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast and food was good. Room service and staff were friendly. But the cons were very dull lightning in the rooms and room pricing.
One of the best hotels, loved the hospitality, service, breakfast, staff....bigger and cleaner rooms, amazing breakfast, superfast service....you get whatever you ask for....A very big thanks to everyone for making out stay good and comfortable....will always stay here whenever in Bangalore....highly recommended😃
