One of the oldest restaurant in the vincity. Ambience was revamped. Hospitality world class I can assure you will feel like at home starting from the entrance till you exit point they will take care of the tiny things as well.
Besta Soup - some times I think I am a chef so I know cooking but these kind of places remind me how much I have to gather at least to match their one dish. It's a traditional sea food soup.
Prawn Masala fry they served in starter with Manglore cuisine touch and you won my heat. The same thing I have tasted at Anupams coast to coast but Sea rock was the clear winner.
In main course
Palak rice - something very innovative loaded with ghee and garlics. I liked it a lot so got it packed and next day breakfast again got an chance to remind about you.
Manglorean Crab Curry - so yummy reshma finished it all. Fresh in taste and gravy was good as per the mangalorean standards.
Sear fish tawa fry - taste my god it's same as my hometown. It's just 6 km from the sea so we always use to get the fresh catch. In Bangalore I use to miss the taste
Padengi gassi (Green Moong Dal curry) - I have tasted this curry kerla style it's quite same and tasty.
Neer dosa and kotte - don't need my recommendation.
Ragi manni - in dessert something new I have tasted new. Millet and jaggery the combination is healthy and tasty my 17 month kid liked it.
Bon Appetit Chef BB
Neer dosa and Chkn curry is a great combination. Can't stop re-ordering dosa as it was fresh.
Chicken biryani was awesome.. nice place with nice interior design. Thought to continue eating whole the night
My 1st dinning post lockdown was at sea rock! The mangalorean cuisine they serve here pulls back some of their loyal customers back again n again.
Hygienic: The dinning experience was hygiene with a check of temperature n hand sanitation at the entrance. The staff was limited with a limited items on the menu. The table sheets used were disposable ones n safe.
Food: Food here beats most of the mangalorean cuisine restaurants here in blore. It feels thrilled to savour thier food like pulimunchi n ghee roasts, which is by far the best ones tasted here. Their flavours are perfect n finger licking.
Tried their pepper chicken roast, fish chilli, prawn masala, boiled rice n pulimunchi. Loved al the dishes.
Price : price is a lil on the higher side, but its worth it if ur a seafood lover n u own a Zomato pro.
Ambience: ambience is more of a family restaurant
Overall loved the dinning experience in this new normal...we ought to be careful when we step out, but learn to live in the new normal as well.
Do let me know ur experience if u visiting or dinned out anywhere in this new normal?
