We all love ice-creams. Don't we ?
How about freshly made ice-creams in a feel of a chemistry lab with fumes and all the chemical fuss? Head over to Iceperiment for one of a kind experience you are going to love.
Brilliant ambiance with limited spacing, quirky chemistry lab signs and frames. The best part, you ask ? they also cater to the needs of the diet freak folks with a craving too strong with their amazing Sugar free ice creams. Lactose Intolerant or Vegan ? No worries. They have got you covered with the Vegan ice-creams. Woohoo!
I happened to try this place out on a windy evening with a couple of friends. I tried quite a lot of ice-creams. The Owner of the restaurant was a ball of knowledge when it comes to ice-creams. So we tried most of the ice-creams as per her recommendation.
Here you go with what all we tried :
Rum & Scotch was a fresh cream with Nitrogen foreplay with the rum & scotch sauce for the perfect amount of Sweet & bitter flavor. Topped with butterscotch nuts, this one can't go wrong and a total treat for all booze lovers.
The next one we tried was Mixed Berry. Oh i love berries. Strawberries and cranberries sauce infused with nitrogen & cream to give this photogenic one topped with litchis and rainbow sprinklers.
Boozy chocolate had whiskey sauce infused and topped with chocolate chips was a boozer delight.
Fiery Chocolate was a sparkler. A chocolate ice-cream with paprika. Heard it before, eh ? I bet no! This was a crazy combo and boy! we loved it. Just when you feel the taste of the chocolate, the kicky after taste of Paprika comes into picture.
Sugar Free Oreo Icecream was not too much on the sweeter side & that is how it's supposed to be. It was good but i am no diet freak so gemme all the Sugar :D
Coconut Vegan used coconut milk instead of cow milk which was something i haven't heard of. This was average tasting for me. But surely a treat for the Vegans.
Lemon Ginger was a surprise & i in no way could think of this flavour. Tangy lime with pricky ginger in the form of an ice-cream, Heaven is the word ! this was the best from the lot.
Peanut Butter & Banana was great. Tiramisu was another great flavour we loved.
This place is a must try for its concepts & flavours & the innovation.

Ice Cream... These days its a new ball game these days, everyone coming up with innovative ideas, from presentation to components used to flavours.. You name it and you have it somewhere or the other. Recommended by one of my friends, I took a bunch of my foodie friends who love to try different things with me a couple of days back.. The fact which caught my attention was their absolute vegan range and sugar-free ones. Spectacular, if you ask me.
As soon as I entered the place, it looked like my lab in college, all the test tubes and smoke due to nitrogen, made it look very interesting. The owner was there and I asked her about the concept and different flavours I should try.
So here's what we tried.. some I loved and some I would not try again ( personal choice completely ).
BOOZY CHOCOLATE : The combination of the two best things, the booze element and the chocolate
MIX BERRY : The mix of different berries like strawberry, cranberry with lichee on top
RUM & SCOTCH
COCONUT VEGAN
OREO SUGAR FREE
PEANUT AND BANANA
FIERY CHOCOLATE
TIRAMISU
LEMON AND GINGER
After trying all this my favourite were obviously the rum and scotch, fiery chocolate and lemon and ginger. That's just a personal choice as my friends liked some of the other flavours.

I happened to visit this place a few days back along with some of my friends. It's a small place with the look and feel of a fun-filled Chemistry lab, with colorful liquids in test tubes and beakers and the chemical formulas. We were lucky enough to have the owner around who happened to explain us the concept behind the place. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating and yes, liquid nitrogen plays the pivotal role here too ! The place is a few months old and they have quite a collection to choose from including sugar-free and vegan ice-creams. Yes, you heard it right !
We tried a few of their ice-creams listed as:
Rum & Scotch: Rum and Scotch Ice cream topped with butterscotch nuts was my favorite of the lot.With the perfect amount of sweetness and the fusion of rum and scotch is definitely an add on !
Sugar-free Oreo: Well, well, I have a sweet tooth, so, apparently, I don't enjoy ice-creams with less sugar or no sugar. So, I gave this a pass while my diet-conscious friends relished it.
Coconut Vegan: The very fact that it is made of Coconut milk instead of regular milk made it quite a hit ! With natural sugars infused in the ice-cream, I enjoyed this one.
Boozy Chocolate: Chocolate Ice Cream with Whisky sour topped with chocolate chips, can you ask for anything else? Whiskey lovers should definitely vouch for this one.
Fiery Chocolate: As the name goes by, it's fiery because it has Paprika ! And you apparently feel the hotness after sometime. That's right, this ice-cream is all about the after-taste.
Lemon Ginger: Refreshing as the name states, lemon and ginger definitely makes for a unique combo. I loved this one.
Peanut butter and Banana: This is going to be a hit amongst the peanut butter lovers. With banana chunks over the top, this was a delight.
Tiramisu: Every coffee lover's favorite dessert, it was perfect in all aspects. Perfect way to end every meal.
Overall, it's a nice place to hang out with your friends over some ice-cream ! It isn't on the pricier side as well, the pricing is quite reasonable. Oh yes, how can I not mention the feedback board where you can go ahead and stick a note regarding your experience. Definitely visiting again to try more of their offerings !
