I had the pleasure of spending 24 hours at the Minla last week. My check-in a little past midnight was a breeze. The room was extremely comfortable, and I slept like a log in the perfect air-conditioned environment. All the amenities in the hotel are plush and aesthetically designed. The designers have thought through the layout of the hotel while paying attention to little details keeping the needs of guests in view. I was amazed at the speed of tbe Wi-Fi. The breakfast next morning was one of the yummiest I have had in recent times. A mix of South Indian and semi-western vegetarian fare, the buffet breakfast spread was delicious and sumptuous. The staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, though there were not too many of them around. On the whole, my brief stay at the Minla was a delightful experience. I would rate this hotel as one of the best in its league. Undoubtedly, the Minla is equally a boon to the business traveller as it could be to a tourist or a casual visitor to north-Bangalore.
