I am a great fan of Kerala cuisine. The aroma of coconut oil, soul satisfying seafood, never ending yummy options - I had been craving for it from a very long time... Finally got a chance to visit the newly opened Savoy Castle which serves authentic kerala food.
The ambiance is super cute with all the vintage stuff and amazing wall art. They made tasty, hot hot appam for us in the live kitchen. I tried kerala full meals with fish fry, fish curry. Do visit this place if you are a fan of Kerala cuisine and want to shop some antique pieces.
The food there was delicious as well as the artwork done there and all of their making was awesome. Once in Bangalore, this is a place where Keralites or Malayalies can enjoy Kerala style or South Indian food in the most delicious way. Savóy Castle's colour combination is black and they highlight the combination of black in every way. Likewise their tastes are very different and we got a special pickle of their own, and it was a veg-mix. Everything was very, very outstanding.
Absolutely great food. The Paneer Starter are brilliant. The Tandoori Chicken was juicy and the masala blends into the pieces. Very reasonably priced. Great ambiance , especially the antiques that decorates the place.
