Hence it stays crisp.and yet a bit hard coz it is not boiled first like in other dishes and tossed in a fiery chilli pepper sauce. A Canadian home delicacy in most homes, the name ANGRY is attributed to the fact that the person gets angry due to the hard texture of the beetroot inside the covering as it is raw.
