Best place to try authentic rajasthani style food. The service was very appreciable everyone was very social and helpful. They even helped us to choose the dishes as it was our first time there. They do take a lot of time to serve but the food is worth waiting.its pocket friendly as well if you go in a big group. So that you can try as many dishes as possible
We tried: (dishes with * are must try)
Hara bara kebab*, paneer tikka, veg sheekh, paneer angara**, veg jaipuri, butter naan, missi roti, chur chur stuffed paratha***, dal baati churma, veg biryani and veg hydrabadi biryani
Big NO for biryani at this place.
The ambience is pretty simple and warm. T he cutlery used is also very interesting.
Special mention: the onion salad served with the starters was yum
I visited today with family and the experience was very good. This place offers authentic Rajasthani cuisine food.
Pros:
The masala khicha, ghatta ki subji, Special lassi were amazing and highlight of the day.
The ambience is very good and the place is very cool specially in afternoon, so you feel good. Service is also good, the best part was they guide us if we are ordering too much. I liked that because there are no extra points for food waste. Still we ended up ordering extra food that we parcelled later and had literally drag ourselves to home, all the dishes are very heavy and tasty 😋 🙃
Lastly the grenade bomb 💣 in which bill was presented, something unique and don't worry it won't explode your wallet, the prices are fairly reasonable. My entire family of 6 people had lunch within 3K.
Cons:
Dal baati, Veg Jaipuri can be improved. Specially baati needs to be more crunchy and was missing the authentic taste.
Overall, amazing and will change my rating to 5 if the taste of baati is improved.
Khamma Ghani Sa is a small, hidden away place in one of the most crowded, bustling areas of Koramangala. It was such a relief to find Khagasa (they call themselves) and find some peace and quiet. Their Rajasthani food is authentic, homely and delicious. Must try the gatte ki sabji and bajra roti.
Had a poor experience with one of the waiters but I would not let that ruin my opinion on the food.
Got the manvar thali and the food quantity is sufficient for 3 people! Will definitely be revisiting.
