It was an amazing experience with variety of delicacies. Staff service is very prompt and special thanks to Daljit Kaur, Shailender, Mamta and all the Chefs involved in preparation of this mouth watering delicacies.. Once again Thanks.. Highly recommended.

Delicious and amazing food and great hospitality. Food exchange is a part of Novotel Resort & Spa situated in Candolim. As a part of our stay, we tried their breakfast buffet which has a huge spread and variety. It has live counters which serves Dosa and Uttapam of your choice. We also tried their pre fix lunch and dinner which was great. The portion sizes are more than enough for a person with huge appetite.
