Bon Nourriture is a unique kind of restaurant in sector 9 , Chandigarh which focuses on serving healthy yet delicious food.
To my first look its a simply built cafe with open kitchen.
I ordered from the breakfast menu and my meal had a name "Smoked Up".
It consisted of egg whites stuffed with chicken which was well marinated and cooked.
The eggs were cooked brilliantly and gave it a very fluffy touch to the meal.
I was served with some bread with peanut butter along with it . Bread was fresh and soft
Along with this there were some exotic veggies tossed and cooked.
The whole power packed meal was high in protein and gives a healthy start to your day.
I ordered a " carrot and orange juice" which was no less than a masterpiece. I absolutely loved it.
This is one of a kind place serving food with focus on health and i recommend this place to everyone who want to take a step towards healthy eating.
One more healthy restaurant out there. Go here after workout or to lower your cravings with healthy juices and smoothies. The drinks are awesome, a must try if you go rather than eating.
Having been around for a while now, Bon Norriture boosts of their experiments with healthy food. While the seating is limited and the menu isn't, I was rather disappointed to know that two of the dishes I requested for weren't available. Looking past that, we decided to order the Falafel Sandwich, Italiano Treat Meal, Turbo Booster Juice and a Smoothie. While the food was recently prepared with very balanced flavours, it's the drinks that stood out for me. Next time you visit Bon, don't shy away from trying a drink which you'd rather eat.
