THE BEST Weight loss & management plan ever !!! I’m 53 and have tried all kinds of weight loss & management theories / styles / programmes over the years. Their’s is the only wholesome , balanced, nutritious, healthy easy to follow plan. So much variety & choice in food. Plus fruits & dry fruits !! Very very sustainable & long term results. She is a gem of a person. She greets you with a warm smile and then motivates you in the best possible way. She keeps the season in mind & your palate is so colourful & full ❤️ You will never feel the need to cheat.It is not a diet, it is our daily nutrition being monitored well. Wud highly recommend to people who don’t want to loss your muscle in the process of weight loss. Break a leg 👍
