On our way back from Chapora Fort, Google recommended this place. It's a happy Goan family who have set up a restaurant in their garden. The breakfast is to die for. During season, the place ends up catering breakfasts all day long because everybody loves their breakfast.
We opted for lunch and decided on Chicken Xacuti. One of the best decisions ever, I guess. The rice that accompanies the gravy might not be enough for two people, but the gravy sure is. So, ordering another bowl of steamed rice and we were all set.
The gravy was rich, tangy, coconutty. It was just perfect.
The service can be improved a little. But then, when you see the family merrily serving you, it doesn't really bother you anymore.
And somehow you end up dreaming of a retirement plan that resembles them and their restaurant. 💙
Google recommended and we went here. A simple set up outside their house. What I loved about this place is a family is running this place. Husband wife and kids they are all in to make their customers Happy. Each and every thing that we had had a very homely feel to it and again I had some of the best goan sausages here. That's a must have!!
Very nice and warm people running the restaurant...homely food and primarily one of few restaurants serving from 7 AM... Food is perfect...had the farmer's breakfast...it was yum...bacons... sausages..ham...perfect place for awesome breakfast
