A classic Chennai rooftop destination that’s been rebranded but still stays true to the original. In a city that sees no rain one of the best things to do is hit up a rooftop bar or restaurant. And when the food is as awesome as ALL the food at the Savera, then you’ve hit a jackpot.
The lady who was managing seating took the trouble to call the people who had made a reservation and confirm that they were not coming before giving us a table. That’s was darling! And Vikram, our man, made the whole ordering/dining experience really special!
They do serve alcohol here and for the uninitiated, the smoking section is up the open air spiral staircase!!
Do this and make a special occasion even more special.
Food was really well prepared. Honestly, it does live up to the expectation of a "star" hotel but having said that the service is not that great. That's the only department they have to improve and that too they must improve drastically. Other than that everything is fine.

We go there once in a month. Great food! Roof top is excellent and the staff are great. You can grab a beer and munch on the grilled meat and veggies.
Excellent taste of mughli dishes
Great ambience and reasonably priced. Vegetarians must try the veg kebab platter. Make reservations to get the best seats with the best views.

The murg malai lucknowi kebab is a treat , Muttin Rojan gosh is a must try curry and the garlic butter naan is just yummy...dessert shahi ka tudka is delicious with Rabadi...
Excellent location, Excellent Service, Old Hindi Singers ( could have better) Food OK. Must visit if like North Indian food.
Nice Rooftop restaurant in Savera hotel. Food decent tried some local brand beer and found surprising good.
