Nice apart hotel. Housekeeping staff was great. Breakfast was nearly always empty even at 8.30 am. Staff at breakfast time totally disinterested & unhelpful. Cleanliness really needs to be looked into at breakfast buffet. Reception staff was very helpful.

Great place. Great service. A place I recommend quite often as there are very few hotels that offer more than this does for a similar price point. My most recent visit was a little sour though as we couldn't contact any of the services through the hotel phone because nobody picked up and had to call the lobby for everything. Housekeeping and cleaning was not as good as I remember it being earlier, new rules have been imposed saying that dishes will not be done and vacuuming was not done until we asked for it. Despite the complaints, I'd still give it a five star as I know the standards they maintain usually and hope that this was an exception case.
