In my numerous visits to Gangtok, I have tried food from a lot of restaurants. More often than not, one of the dishes I always order would be a plate of momos. Even after trying numerous places, Food court's momo is the one I go back for everytime, even though it is a pure vegetarian restaurant.
Located just under the SBI branch of MG Marg, it is a simple place with adequete seating. The servers are extremely polite, but the service is quite slow. You can see your food getting prepared at the open kitchen in front of you.
Coming to the food, until this time, I would have proudly stated it is the best momos I have had, and stood by it. But I cannot say it after a visit this time. This time, the momos felt underwhelming and the soup just bland. I hope they were just having an off day and their quality has not decreased. But in case it has, it would be a great loss.
I will definitely visit again hopefully to find out it was just a bad day, and then visit a lot of times again after that.

I guess the best place for plain roti lovers😅 and for those who love simple food, best food, good service.. A bit crowded but worth to wait. A must try place.
Had Masala Dosa, Chilly Paneer, Veg Biryani and Momos. All are tasty and good. Price is reasonable being located at a prime place MG Marg at Gangtok.
