Chhole bhature were like a dream, bhature made of pure desi ghee... Weren't even a bit greasy and very well fermented and puffed up... Thick and melt in the mouth. The chhole were beyond perfect, soft, subtle and mild... We down south end up making the chhole tangy and spicy... Chhole like these are the best. Subtle and mild... They just enhance the taste of the bhature and don't change it. The gajar ka achar and chilli provided the punch at regular intervals.
Now looking for a kadak chai.. To complete this dream breakfast...
ordered once during the lockdown period from Gohana so ordered for samosa and onion kachori it is worth the money the samosa was thinking hot crunchy and inside the stuffing was tasty there paneer pieces and the potato was very spicy further the onion kachori was huge in size compared to other places from there it has been tried out like Haldiram bikanervala ,Om sweets in comparison to that the taste the size and the quality of the paneer kachori is far far superior
