Jackfruit Biryani, Wow wow wow wow the best biryani I have ever tasted in my entire life. Every grain of rice was full of flavour and all together it was delicious. Gastronomic Elegance in action. Delicate subtle rich and flavoursome. Every mouthful was scrumptious. WOW. Amazing. You are a fantastic chef This is truly your signature dish. Loved it when I ate it and loving the lingering memory of the experience.

To be honest I am picky about food but have definitely found myself a hidden gem.... the biryani is fabulous and I would recommend the zafrani mutton biryani. Many thanks from me and my tummy. Cheers.

This year I had the opportunity to taste some of the best mutton dishes that i have ever had from a home kitchen. Shahla's passion towards her creations is evident with her yearn to learn the historical background of recipes from earlier generations and then reproduce it. Apart from the taste, flavours, colour of the preparations her quantities are handsome and well priced. In Hindi I would say..she serves Tabiyat Se. Your stomach will be more than full. If you haven't tried her food...you got to do it before the end of this year ! Must try dishes: 1. Mutton Ghee roast 2. Mutton Korma 3. Chicken ghee roast 4. Mutton shammi kababs 5. Biryanis 6. Mutton Rampuri 7. Mutton stew I highly recommend her for her sincerity towards serving food with her heart. Wishing you all the best Shahla. You have a wonderful future ..cheers
