Great shack by the beach which will just wow you with the quality of food. Really fresh seafood and great ambience to just sit and chill. Wish there was alcohol 😄 but that doesn’t take away from what it is. One of, if not the best food on havelock.
Small cafe-turned-restaurant
Since i visited during off-season it wasn't crowded. The ambiance was pleasant, but there were a few flies flying around, which was a bit bothersome. However, the highlight was the private access to a stunning beach with clear water – a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying a meal. The service was quick and excellent, with delicious food.
On the downside, the place felt quite hot and stuffy, making it a bit uncomfortable. Another drawback was the absence of alcohol service, which might disappoint some patrons. Additionally, the food prices were on the higher side. Overall, it's a great place for relaxation and good food, but the flies, temperature, lack of alcohol, and expensive menu are things to consider.
This can be on your wish list if you are here in Havelock. The ambiance is calm and cozy. You can see the retro style book shelf with wooden furniture. I personally liked the way the owners have used some bio ecosystem like instead of artificial metallic lamp they have used the real leaf around the bulb, instead of using the glass paper weight they have used Sea shell, also they have kept a jute bin to throw the used tissue for later biodegrading also they have tried to recycle the used liquor bottles as water bottle.
Taking to the food section: No doubt it has good sea food options, you can get good variety. We tried grilled fish with lemon rice & chicken tandoor with raita.
