The name itself attracted me to the restaurant. I am a big fan of Soups and Salads, yet even in a cafe, there are 3-4 choices when it comes to either of those. I was expecting a larger menu, but I guess only having those items that they can perfect is better than a more extensive half-descent menu.
What we ordered:
- Hawaiian Salad - The salad was excellent, loved the freshness of it, as well as the sweetness of the ripe pineapple.
- Lemon Chicken Thyme Soup - good heart chicken soup, where each flavor stands out and was even better on a rainy day!
- Healthy Stir Fry Vegetables and Chicken with brown rice - I really enjoyed all the vegetables and the chicken as it wasn't drenched in sauce and also kept away from being too oily. The bowl itself was and even felt like a very healthy and filling choice and we even ended up taking another bowl of it home.
The ambiance of this place itself is sober but well done with a lot of natural light pouring in. The parking in the basement was a little confusing and also quite small, for a building with multiple businesses. They also seem like they have a subscription meal plan, which looks tempting!
I would definitely go back and also recommend it to others who are looking for a cuisine of healthy and hearty.
Food is ok not that great. They should have made it even better. But l like the peri peri fish dish. In all the dishes I have tried. I like it because there food is made with healthy without deep frying the food. Atmosphere is ok. They should have made it more fresh feel.
Excellent and healthy food with no sacrifice on taste. What I loved is how light it is on the stomach and they did not skimp on vegetables. The soup, salad and main course we're all fantastic. Service is quick and staff are courteous
The chef listened patiently to my requirements and tailor made the main course exactly the way I wanted. Will be visiting with family often.
