Upscale Indian restaurant with great food and drink menus. The decoration of the restaurant is great. There was a guy who actually made kangans for you outside of the restaurant by the door. It was fun to watch him. The set menu was great with lots of food to taste from. Their cocktails were pretty good, too. If you have guests from another country, this could be a restaurant to break the ice. I'd come back to enjoy the atmosphere and food again.
Very good ambience and a very friendly staff. When I visited not much people are there and neither any live music(probably wrong timing). Menu is mostly North Indian and Hyderabadi style with decent count of options for vegetarians. Place is relatively small. As crowd was less my order came quiet fast and food was tasty. Loved almost all items we had.
I went for Diwali dinner at Kangan Restaurant WESTIN with one of my friend.
Total bill was 5800 INR.
Drinks: We ordered 2 cocktails one was with mint and other was some strawberry based. Taste was great and crisp.
For food we ordered 2 Veg Thalis, since in thalis you get good variety at reasonably price. You get 2 starters, 3 curry including Shaahi Paneer, Malai Kofte and Mix Veg and choice of bread, 1 Dal, Dum Subz Biryaani and Sweet at end.
Food: All tasted quite good. I didn’t like much the veg Kebab in starters.
Environment: It was quite soothing, live background music was played by Tabla and Sitar artists. Loved it!
