Loved gelato icecreams, sweets and toppings options too. The price is decent and the quality of food is very good.
You may visit countries and try their prominent street foods, but we bet the taste won't match the one you'll have in the Street food of India. From mouth-watering Paani Puri, the Dahi Bhallas to the Chaat Papdi Indian Street foods are delicious. As diverse as is the country, it experiences a manifold of cuisines, each having at least one speciality of Street Food.
As a kid, we are always restricted from consuming a lot from the street due to various hygiene issues. But these days one can freely hog on amazing variation of street foods without having to think twice about the certain hygiene glitch or anything for that matter. This has been possible because several food chains have introduced Indian Street food in their dine-in restaurants with the best of the ambience and cleanliness. @masalarepublicofficial is one such vegetarian place where one can carelessly indulge into the wonderful spread of chaaats and other delicacies.
Pani puri is called by various other names and the composition of the filling and water too varies in different regions.. but I believe the emotional quotient is equal in every Indian's heart.
Raj kachori is aptly called the king of all kachoris. It is a filled with numerous elements like potatoes, boiled moong daal, yoghurt, spices and the outer layer is crisp and shaped like a bowl.. the garnishing varies from Outlet to outlet but it's a true amalgamation of colours. The yellow from the bhel.. the red from the pomegranate.. the greens from coriander leaves etc ..
My all time favourite dahi Puri is a smaller version of heavenly bliss filled with sweetened dahi and blend of spices.. I can literally have dahi Puri any day and anytime!
@masalarepublicofficial is doing try justice to the Indian Street food and it's serving as a flag bearer for the chaat fraternity!
This is now my go-to chaaat place and should be yours too!!!

Their gulab kajju laddus are possibly the best sweet i have ever had. Its mild on sugar and tastes like heaven. Have never seen an unhappy face after eating the sweet. It costs over the top like 2500/kg. But given its uniqueness and taste, i guess its worth it.
