One of the most popular place that serve dosa in Jaipur, Swami Cafe, most people would have heard of it if they're into dosa. Location of the Cafe make it even more special because in Raja park you get so many other options that you can head to.
The Cafe has good space and seating capacity but still on weekends you'll find it completely full and it can take easy 30min or more to get your order.
They offer a variety of dosa but i would recommend to try Rava Masala Dosa which is their speciality. They serve the best Rava Dosa in Jaipur according to me and yes, i found them better than Saravan cafe.
The place is not nicely build and the seating is also very remote. Forget hygiene but i can guarantee about the taste. 1 Rava Masala dosa will fill you completely, you can see the size from the picture itself. I've also tried their Mysore masala dosa which was also good.
Service wise they lack a lot, they fail to serve the crowd on weekends and once, i had to wait an hour to get my order that too was incomplete. They're humble and you can ask for as much Sambhar as you want but service time is still a big issue. Infact, you'll have to call them to take order.
Few days back i have visited this place. I actually found a very delicious and yummy south indian food. Their services are nice and quick.
Cheese masala dosa is so yummy. Idli fry and uttapum is also nice. Perfect place for soth Indian food lovers.
